Apartemen pak yusak bersih dan rapi ada 2 kamar yg besar dan sofa bed peralatan dapur lengkap dan ada mesin cuci jg walaupun unit ini sdh cukup berumur, tp terlihat kl unitnya di rawat dgn baik sangat rekomen utk tmpt tinggal selama liburan di jkt dgn keluarga

Sara is a great host. Very informative and was always fast to respond to all inquiries. She relayed clear instructions and with pictures making it easier to follow. The place is as described and very clean. All amenities worked. The place has 2 Tv's, one in the bedroom and the second Tv in the living room. The balcony has a nice view of the street, the shops and street food vendors below. The apartment is right above Thamrin City Mall with hundreds of shops for all your needs from groceries, food, clothes etc. KFC, coffee shops, Mini Mart, Middle eastern Mandi, Kabsa, Biryani restaurant available at the ground floor. Mosques are nearby too. The popular and must see Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia Mall are a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. The Wifi worked well for internet access. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Jakarta.

Host is very accomodating and helpful to every queries ask. Travelled in group of 4. The place offers 2 bedrooms, 1 shared toilet with heater and washing machine, living room with tv that offers local tv shows (and Mi Stick with Netflix - you can log in own account and don't forget to log out!), plenty of mirrors - good for ladies, small kitchen/dining area with fridge, water dispenser with hot, warm and cold setting, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Location is also strategic, next to Thamrin City and easy for ehailing/driver to pick up to-fro. Rooms for improvement - hoping more pillows and comforter especially for the single bed room with extra bed, and for longer stay, perhaps can offer bigger trash bin/can.

Love the whole experience staying at Mario’s listing. The apartment units are clean and guest facilities are amazing too, beautiful swimming pools and cozy pool lounge. I’d recommend this place as it’s so strategically located in central Jakarta, where you can go to Grand Indonesia only 10 mins by taxi or you can walk easily to MRT station. Also if you like just stay indoors, at downstairs there is Spanish 😋 and Japanese restaurant which I like to go when I stayed here. Overall, it was an enjoyable stayed at Sudirman suites, Mario has been very helpful and responsive to get everything sorted for you. Great services by Mario and his teams. Thank you.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

Delzyanna's house is perfect for a large family. The house has everything for a comfortable stay for a family. We were 19 people including kids and elders and we had a great stay.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Great place to stay for the night! Everything was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely worth the price.

Lidya is a great, friendly host and her apartment is quite comfortable for someone who likes to live inside a big mall with lots of restaurants. No early morning or late night mosque sounds can be heard in this unit. The view was a bit better than expected too.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Patricks Haus! Es war so geräumig, sauber und einladend. Und man hatte einen einzigartigen Blick in die Natur, den ich sonst noch nie in Jakarta erlebt hatte. Wir liebten die große Terrasse und unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool. Den Service, dass die Zimmer regelmäßig gereinigt wurden, haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Wie würden sehr gerne das Haus wieder mieten bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Jakarta!

Great room, although not new, and aircon is very cold! The breakfast is ok, there isn't a kitchen as listed in the room, just a very small fridge and kettle, there is a circle k next to the hotel so you can buy drinking water. The room is on the top floor of the hotel, parking is free. Check in and out is very fast and easy, make sure you go to the hotel and not the apartment building next door! мне понравилось это жилье, но рядом очень громко слышно мечеть. так же нет горячей воды, для меня это не страшно, но для семей с детьми, может стать не приятным моментом

we had a great stay here! the place is clean, they have very good amenities, packed with kitchenware that really help us during Eid Al-Fitr. The host also very responsive, helpful, and friendly it helped us a lot because we looked for a place in such a rush. definitely will come back here again!
