Vacation rentals with breakfast in East Hampton North

A lovely, updated ranch house with extra rooms in the basement and a spacious back deck and yard. The house is so close to the beach, quiet and secluded.

I usually only stay with Superhosts but made an exception this time, since the place seemed so beautiful. 0 regrets. I am sure these folks will be Superhosts in no time. First - this place was CLEAN. The towels smelled fresh, the linens were clean, there wasn’t a lot of dust. Way better than most Airbnbs. The bed was comfortable too! Second - this is an outdoor paradise. The hosts gave instructions for the fire pit, even allowed us to use their fire wood. The outdoor fountains are so relaxing, and the VIEW is breathtaking. The furniture outside is well cared for and everything has covers so it stays dry and clean. You can hear the waves and watch the water all day from the deck, dining room, living room, or even the main bedroom. I spent a lot of time watching birds on the water with the binoculars! There are neighbors but at a distance so it’s private and quiet. This place is a slice of heaven and the hosts are absolutely wonderful. I will 100% rent again. ❤️

Highly recommend Romain & Frank’s place for your Bellport stay- not only was their house easily walkable to town and spacious for our group of 5, it was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Romain was extremely responsive to any and all of our questions, and was kind enough to help us out with an early check in. Also loved having the pool available!

Sabrina was an amazing host! She was very responsive and proactive when helping me and my friends locate the Airbnb, and was always available in the event we had any questions. Her place was lovely and walkable for the wedding we attended. Thank you again Sabrina for trusting us with your space!

I truly enjoyed this Charming home! Watching nature from the screened in porch or Dinning on the Secluded Deck, this home was Just what I needed to Rest and relax! This home was Beautifully decorated and Had All of the amenities I needed to enjoy my stay. Communication with the Host was also Easy as he answered my questions and even gave me informative advice on events in the area. Wi-Fi worked great to so I could keep on top of my work life. I especially loved relaxing by the Private pool! I would love to stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone!

My girlfriend and I came here for a getaway on Eastern LI. It was cozy clean and peaceful. Nele was in constant communication with me and answered any and all questions in a prompt manner. Additionally, she was very friendly. She gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and even chatted for a little about how much she loves it out there. I would definitely go back and I would recommend her place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay out there.

Booked a last minute stay here and Alex was exceptional in getting everything sorted out in time for our arrival, including providing local recs for our first time in the Hamptons! The house was perfect, relaxing and peaceful and had everything we needed to grill, cool, swim, and relax. :) definitely recommend to anyone, super close to Sag Harbor, and all the beaches!

Sandy, the owner, is very accommodating and tries to make your visit enjoyable. The bed is very comfortable. And there is a rack for your clothes which is helpful. The parking was fine. I am 74yrs old and had no problems. Enjoy yourself at Sandy’s.

We really enjoyed staying in the barn room at the Candle Lite Inn on Shelter Island. The room was small but well appointed. It was perfect for a long weekend. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast facilities was really nice and well provided for. The inn was really well located for cycling and all the lovely beaches on Shelter Island. It reminded us of a European BnB, simple but comfortable.

Mary Ann’s home is a beautiful gem in the right spot. Perfect for birding, a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the wineries. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy, was great at communicating, & always kept us in the loop. She is the ideal hostess & I would definitely recommend her place. We had a fantastic time.

Lovely b&b in a cute town with everything you could want/need. Michael was a great host and the breakfast was delicious. Comfy sleeping arrangements and just all around a lovely experience. Will definitely be back!

Adrianna was very helpful with a mistake I made on my reservation- she accommodated me with another room . She really tried to help and I appreciated that- Check-in was smooth and checkout was even smoother. Great place - Front desk staff were super friendly. We had an amazing stay at Jayne's home. She is a very friendly and accommodating host who makes you feel at home. We got a lot of helpful local tips and even got to meet some of her friends one evening. The house packs a lot of history and is an aesthetic work of art, curation and dedication. The garden is equally picturesque and perfect for breakfast and relaxing. We felt the amenities were great too. Fresh breakfast (and a pie!) served in the morning, BBQ grill and firepit for a relaxing night to stay in, and bicycles for exploring the town and beaches all made our stay very convenient and seamless. Thanks!

Years ago I bought a charming house on a pond with the intention of converting it into a B&B, where guests could unwind, feel pampered and well fed - as if they were staying at a friend’s home instead of an inn. Unfortunately it never materialized, but Head of Pond House is the absolute embodiment of my unrequited dream, and then some. Everything about It was perfect, and I don’t say that lightly. Monika’s home is beautiful - pristine, immaculate and tastefully curated down to the tiniest detail for the comfort and delight of her guests. She and her daughter Pauline are gracious, fascinating and engaging hosts, with a deep knowledge of the East End. They offered fabulous suggestions for shops, restaurants and gardens they thought I might like, and were spot on - although I might have been equally happy staying onsite, in my amazing suite overlooking the pond. I can’t wait to return and share it with my family. Obrigada, lindas mulheres!

What an amazing stay and such fabulous hosts! The home has so much charm and character with exquisite detail and high end amenities. Mark and Johnny went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! When I left, I felt like I was leaving my family! I can't wait to return!

Dale’s place was great. I had a wedding to attend in East Hampton, and this was a perfect crash-pad between wedding events. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and he provided us with much needed coffee, tea, yogurt and fruit for our mornings. Check in was simple and he communicated well. Definitely recommend!

Jayne’s home is a beautiful retreat. The bedrooms are lovely, the setting is beautiful and she takes pride in her gardens and caring for her guests. She is a great host. This was our second stay with her and she always has repeat visits from guests. Thank you so much!
