Entire property for use of guests. While we do not live on the property we are only a phone call away. The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on-site Amenities include an outdoor fire pit, grill, coffee maker and fully functioning kitchen. A tree-house is located onsite for adventurous young ones. The towns of Hendersonville, Flat Rock and Asheville are just minutes away.

Our brand new tiny house is in the wonderful community of Simple Life Village. We purchased this little gem because of the fascination we’ve had with downsizing, simplifying and embracing life. Sundance Cottage is everything but bare bones, it has full size appliances, quartz countertops, TV and WiFi and a cozy inviting feel. Nestled in the village of Flat Rock, 10 minutes from Hendersonville, you will never be short of things to do, from hiking and biking to exploring historic sites.

Visit neighboring cities for hiking, biking, walking, horseback riding, kayaking, tubing, and zip lining in the area. Kayaks and guided tours available to local hiking and waterfalls!

This is a great home base for adventures in both Henderson and Transylvania counties. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A stay at our cabin is a great opportunity to enjoy rural life in Western NC. Pretty Place Chapel is about 35-40 minutes away.

Approx 1,000 sq ft 1920's cottage completely remodeled with the 20's feel still present with the original hardwood flooring, doors and trim. The bedrooms are smaller because of this fact but it doesn't lack in character! Circle drive around back of cottage with plenty of parking as well as private back yard. Close to everything that historic Hendersonville and Flat Rock has to offer!
