We had an amazing time in St Thomas and this place was a big contributor. Located in beautiful Margaritaville Club resort we had access to all of the amenities- including 2 beautiful pools and resort activities. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided. Located on the ground level, we had a patio with a beautiful view and were within a short walking distance to the pool. Scot made sure we were contacted a couple days before our check in day to answer any questions we had. Our room wasn’t quite ready at 4, but the resort staff worked to get us in our room without too much delay. Our expectations were more than exceeded here and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at St Thomas!

Check in was extremely easy , no pressure to buy into the timeshare, room and grounds were very clean . Our only complaint was the service at the restaurant. It took a very long time to get our meal . The food was pretty good but the wait was rediculous. We ended up eating out at other places close by . Overall great stay

This place was amazing.! Some of the older reviews were not complimentary- I thought it was fabulous. It looks to be recently renovated with ongoing improvements. I stayed in a 3 bdrm condo (presidential suite) and it did not disappoint! Ea bdrm had a ceiling fan and individual thermostats so every guest could control their own sleeping quarters. Also, a total of 3 bathrooms with one creating a master suite. Perfect accommodations for sisters traveling together to keep the peace. Fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Walk out to a beautiful pool and beach/ bay view. Seawood was a little plentiful on the last day but did not detour from relaxing at the pool. On site staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We booked this as a last minute stay and Scott was quick to respond and we couldn't have been happier. Beautiful location and enjoyed the onsite amenities. Walked to Coki Beach and took a taxi to Magen's Bay. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant and nightly entertainment. Would recommend Sun & Sea Bar and Grill just a short walk away. Highly recommend this listing.

Scott was a great host! He communicated great with us to help us prepare for everything we needed. He even helped upgrade our room which was spectacular! My only negative about Margaritaville was the service at the restaurant. We will eat elsewhere if we ever return. The resort itself was very beautiful though! We enjoyed walking to Coki beach and went to St. John which is a MUST. Bring plenty of cash for taxis if you’re not renting a car. Thanks again Scott for everything!

I reached out to Scott in hopes to book his rental before I sent in a request. He responded extremely quickly and provided me with accurate information. Would recommend always to stay at Margaritaville and work with Scott!

Scott’s place was amazing. Our flight got in way earlier than the posted check in time and they let us check in around noon. Staff was awesome and Scott was very resourceful on what to do when we got in , and he called me the night before to make sure we had everything we needed squared away. 11/10 would recommend and will stay here again

This place was tranquil and amazing. The resort staff were friendly and upbeat. Was able to the beauty of St. Thomas and it wonderful culture. Lakes for breakfast every morning! ( A local chicken fry street restaurant a 2 min drive into Smithbay. I would stay here again.

This stay was absolutely amazing! EVERYONE was so friendly! The room was amazing with beautiful views! We were right next to the upper pool/bar, which we preferred as the view was amazing and they have a swim up bar. The room was perfect for a mother/daughter trip! I would highly recommend this place and come back here and stay again!! Taxis were easy to get and not badly price to go anywhere on the island! There isn’t much on tv to watch at night and no free movies. The only suggestion is BRING CASH (taxi and tipping the bellmen) We were very glad we thought about that before coming!

Everything went well , we had to check in earlier than expected since our flight changed and we had no problem at all room was ready by the time we got there Everyone on site was helpful and friendly We will for sure come back Scott is a good host, and did communicate with us every time we needed his help Thank you so much 😊 we enjoyed our wedding anniversary

Absolutely perfect. We loved Margaritaville and Scott was so responsive and helpful along the way. After reading reviews about last minute cancellations (from other hosts out of Margaritaville, not Scott), I was worried it would happen to us. Scott immediately called and gave me peace of mind. It was the perfect week for my daughter and me. Thank you, Scott. Everything was wonderful.

I loved the resort it was clean and the animals are so peaceful and hungry lol but everything was perfect except the missing amenity that we wanted to use so bad has not been there for at least a year. The jacuzzi was listed but was not on site at all.

The suite was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the location. It was worth the cost to stay here. Instructions were very detailed. Coki Beach being walking distance is a huge plus.

I always enjoy Margaritaville. Suite Life is responsive….just not as quick to respond as Airbnb owners. It is frustrating when you’re trying to plan a trip and need to wait for acceptance more than a few hours. I understand that Suite Life is a third party company that deals with timeshare but I hope they can recruit more customer service to answer inquiries faster. As an Airbnb host, I answer within 10 minutes.

Everything was great host communicated quickly with my concerns. Only negative was on the resort which I know it’s not the host fault. Smell in or around the property but manageable. The cart people were not always responsive but heyyy.

Felt very comfortable in the Margaritaville grounds. Friendly staff. Easy access to what we needed. I would definitely go back!

Great location, great rooms, on site restaurant. We will be returning on our next visit to St. Thomas!
