Monthly Rentals in East Downtown, Houston

Truly a great location! The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. It was very accessible and close to downtown. Parking was easy and check-in and check-out was absolutely painless. Would love to stay here again!!

Fabulous location if you’re looking for someplace close to downtown, but surrounded by fun quirky restaurants and bars. Thoroughly enjoyed my long term stay. Just like the photos and easy access to downtown/uber. Street can be loud at weekends, but quiets down by 10ish.

I stayed one week here. Such a great place. Good location, easy to go everywhere. Very silent, I slept well. Clean enough. They literally prepared everything in the house. And the host is very friendly and helpful. They always gave immediate reply.

Wow, what can I say about my stay with Randolph, Yula and the rest of the lovely tenants! As someone travelling for Research/Work, I wanted somewhere peaceful but also with the availability to socialize if I wanted. It was exactly that. The room was so lovely and private with ample space for storage. I was invited for a house breakfast which was great to get to know the rest of the tenants and in passing them on the rare occasions through the day everyone was so pleasant. Randolf and fellow tenant, Yula, were both so attentive and responsive making sure I had washing detergent, comfy clothes for relaxing in, and all the information I needed for public transport The area is great, right next to the freeway for easy access, a 30 min walk to the centre and 15 min to the East Side. Bus routes readily available too. Also on the edge of the culturally, creatively and historically significant 3rd Ward! Had everything I needed to cook, wash, and rest well! Thanks for everything, R!
