Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. This is a clean and well furnished Guest Suite/Basement part of the house. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are respectfully welcome in my home.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Great location, beautiful view, safe and peaceful area. I attended a baby shower around the corner at the Bunny Hive and it was the perfect location coming from out of state. Would definitely stay here again!

We decided to make a short trip up to Atlanta for a Braves game and the Aquarium. We were even able to fit in some dinner with family in Marietta. This place provided a nice relaxing place for us to settle between everything and allow us to bring our wonderful dog along. The owners were very responsive and helpful. From the beginning, we had no trouble getting inside and settling. Inside is a bit cozy and has a homey feel to it with a great view of the lake they're sitting on. Outside is a newer spacious trex (or comparable) decking out over the lake with some paddle boards and kayaks that were available for use. It was very nice to hang out there, chat and sip on a beer. Just a peaceful setting that was much needed. The only thing that was a little difficult to manage was the shower due to it's size but we both handled it fairly well. Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and would certainly do this again. Thank you!!

Kelly’s BnB is in a lovely quiet neighborhood in excellent proximity to Truist Park and all it has to offer. The lodgings are as advertised with plenty of room for two guests and enough privacy to forget that you are sharing a space. Not to mention a tremendous bathroom. Kelly was prompt to respond to my inquiries and she made the check in/out process very smooth. If the Yankees come to town, I may have to book with Kelly again.

The apartment was clean, beautifully maintained, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the cargo train that passes by at night—it’s VERY loud and made it difficult to sleep at times. Also many things we expected to have in the kitchen were not there.
