Townhome vacation rentals in East Attica Regional Unit

Dans le lit, c étaient des poissons et d argent. je vous suggère de toujours faire le lit. il manque de torchons. Certaines rénovations sont dues. Nous avons été piqués par les moustiques. Encouragez vos invités à fermer les portes et tuer les moustiques avant de dormir. Le reste est super. Merci.

We were really happy to stay in Amalia Residences 1. My family and I stayed there for 40 days, during the summer of 2018. We had friends occasionally staying over, mostly with kids the same age as my son - 5 year old. We loved the clean pool that albeit shared between the residences, it is practically private. We had it on our own all day (and night!) long. There are sun beds and umbrellas around the pool area, as well as a shower and lots of flowers. The house has a cool architecture, with one room at each half-level (hard to explain). Caution: the house is not suitable for people with mobility/knee issues because of the stairs from one room to the other. All necessary amenities are available - and some more that we never got to use. Laundry machines are at a separate building. We had a problem with one of the air conditioning units, and it was fixed less than 24 hours after we mentioned it. In general the owner is kind and helped us in any question or issue we had. We loved our stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Panos, le mari d'Oksana nous a accueilli et il était disponible pour des questions ou autres tout le long. Le complexe se situe a Pasha Bay, pas loin de la centralité de Lavrio et à quelques pas de la plage. Une voiture permet de visiter la région, se rendre aux tabernes et de faire les plus belles plages du coin, des vélos pourraient aussi faire l'affaire mais la route principale ne permet pas de rouler avec des enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 10 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h ce qui est assez courant en Grèce (le monde s'arrête le temps de la sieste, mais il se peut que quelques voisins fans du jardinage ne s'arrêtent pas). La maison correspond très bien aux photos et à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. La terrasse profite du parfum des fleurs et de la vue su l'Egée. On conseille vivement!

Ioannis and Thalina were amazing hosts. The House of the Prince was wonderful for our party. Each group in our party had their own apartment in the villa. The meeting places were wonderful. We all had private places to unwind and large group areas for dining and having fun. The 2 pools were pristine. The play yard and children's playroom were terrific and offered the kids other things to do that they enjoyed. All of our needs were met and more. Litza was charged with taking care of our needs. She ensured the pool was clean and made sure we had everything. She even gave us a Greek cooking class by the incredible outside BBQ/ pizza oven. I would highly recommend the House of the Prince to any large group. It had all of the creature comforts like A/C, and a kitchen (each apartment had its own refrigerator, and coffee pot above and beyond the 2 fully stocked kitchens), and the village was in close walking distance. AMAZING! Thank you Ioannis and Thalina. Our vacation was magical.

Our stay was fantastic. The host was very welcoming and the accommodations were exactly as listed and expected. Highly recommend.

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

All as expected. Would recommend Kostas place!

Our stay at the Ma Maisons apartment was a wonderful experience. Yannis is a great proactive and friendly host. Always checking on us, always helpful. The location is wonderful too and walking distance from all sights.

The place was fantastic for a group trip!! Everyone has their space and slept really well; the bath outside is amazing; you have a little kitchen and everything!!! I recommend 100%

Beautiful place. Beautiful views of the acropolis, especially at sunset and sunrise. The host was amazing in every way. They want to make your stay perfect. I recommend this place 110%.

Schöne Wohnung in Exarchia, hippe Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, ruhig, gut gelegen, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar…. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!! Die Kommunikation mit George war super, er hat sehr schnell reagiert und es war alles sehr gut beschrieben. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

I don't know where to start... the house was 10 times better than in photos, huge massive living space, nice furniture, comfortable bathrooms for every bedroom and even more which was not even mentioned. Amazing balconies all around the house and astonishing backyard with well maintained garden and grill. This house is amazing for a big friend group and also families who want to have private time. All the kitchen utilities works well, every window and door has a protecting net preventing the insects to come in. In the house there is provided everything that you may need. The location is also very convenient, the biggest supermarket in the town is just 5min walk away, also amazing beaches, port, cafes and restaurants. You can easily go to nicest islands from the port. Local area provides many restaurants for seafood lovers. The overall experience was better than excepted. Constantine was friendly and helpful . Definitely suggesting to friends and coming back myself...

Ενα πραγματικά παραδοσιακό σπίτι, πολύ καθαρό, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες.. 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι και όλα τα εστιατόρια και καφέ με τα πόδια.. η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν εξαιρετική! Απαντούσε άμεσα και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε!

A truly unique place with lots of space and great architecture and furnished with all time classic style Not suitable for families with very small kids to my opinion, because of stairs ,hard surfaces etc but for the rest I thoroughly recommend it Near by there are a kiosk and supermarket for the basic needs,you can use the efood application for food delivery,coffee etc its quite but not isolated The house has everything you would expect and more from salt and pepper,spices,Shower gel to wifi 2 large tvs etc .If we need large space in Athens in the future I will definitely would book it again.. Many thanks to Petros for all his help and communication.He is a great host.

Quelques petits points à améliorer au niveaux de la literie et également une fuite dans la salle de bain. Sinon ce logement est agréable, et j’imagine qu’il l’est encore plus en été puisque semi enterré.

Περάσαμε τέλεια, οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί

Gastvrouw Annita is een dame die haar onderkomen vol passie en toewijding beheert en verzorgt. Dat kun je ook merken aan de smaakvolle inrichting en de decoraties, waarbij bloemen en planten haar passie zijn. Ze geeft je echt een thuisgevoel en doet er alles aan om je thuis te laten voelen. We hebben grote waardeing voor haar! Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's en zal je zeker niet teleurstellen. Het appartement ligt op korte loopafstand (5 minuten) van een zeer groot winkelcomplex met een MacDonalds, XXL supermarkt, tankstation en diverse woonwinkels in de buurt. Het strand is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen en de metro idem. Met de metro ben je binnen een kwartier in het centrum van Athene (metrostation Akropolli of Syntagma).

Georgiana and her husband kindly hosted me and my partner last minute after we had a ferry cancelled. They were very hospitable and kind to let us in late too. Lovely room for the night much appreciated!!
