Vacation rentals with a fireplace in East Attica Regional Unit

This place was a nice respite after our long sightseeing days. I could definitely spend an extended time here. There was a very nice outdoor space to enjoy and the inside had everything we needed. There were nice treats and snacks left for us in arrival that saved us having to go out and get anything when we arrived. We really appreciated the time in this place. The only thing to be aware of is you must be able to do stairs for entry. They are wide and sturdy though. It’s a lovely staircase. Overall a pleasant stay. Wish we had more time to sit and enjoy the atmosphere but we were trying to get all the sights in. We were just a brief cab ride from all the most popular sites. Thank you!

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we were as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There's a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. Very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Clean and very cool house, quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The instructions for check-in were clear and super accurate, and it was just a 10-minute walk from the port. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kythnos!

Communication between the manager and us was impeccable happy to order taxis and direct us to the shops, we were un fortunate to have gale force winds during our last two days but Rania ensured we were safe and happy. The approach to the villa is a little scary at first but once you get used to the steep decent your good to go, I would advise two smaller cars as apposed to a large people carrier which we had as turning can be tight for the larger cars,

Close to OTE academy but far from downtown, ideal if you need to be in this area. Semi underground, spacious and comfortable. I was there alone for 2 nights. Clear instructions aside for check out which was in greek and non translatable. Host will fix it.

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

We used Konstantinos’ place for the final preparations before our wedding and for our first night as a married couple – and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, just as described, and beautifully decorated. It offered the calm, stylish atmosphere we needed during such a special time. Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed – I was genuinely excited the moment I walked in. Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Home was clean, host would respond very fast to any questions. Area is walkable to restaurants. Very private and comfortable.

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

The villa was really wonderful for our holiday, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. It was spotless all rooms, convenient location with easy parking in a quiet area. The pool and outdoor space delighted the whole group!! The host helped us instantly with any questions we had!!

There were 13 of us as a family in the accommodation. Overall, everything was great and we were able to spend very nice days in the villa. The only points we noticed: - No key for the bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs. We also had guests there and with so many people it was unpleasant. The host didn't notice this himself until we checked in. The last visitors were held responsible for many defects. But nothing was replaced or repaired, which we thought was a shame. - Sometimes there were problems with the hot water for the shower after midnight. Even after trying for a long time, there was no hot water at night and we had to wait until morning. This was not so optimal as there were so many people and I wanted to get ready for my wedding in the evening. - We had 2 cribs, but the mattress was missing for one and we didn't get a replacement. Otherwise, everything was great and we would recommend the villa.

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Nice and big house, with amazing garden and pool. The barbeque is a must!

This place was adorable! The outdoor area, the spiral staircase, the cute decor, we felt right at home. The host was SO kind and responsive and went out of our way to help with some things that came up. She gave amazing local recommendations (fun restaurants and beach area a 5 minute drive).
