This gives it a wide view with lots of privacy. The tranquility and space in this cute cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away!

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Freestanding tiny house designed for and built on a unique location within cycling distance (5km) of Groningen city center (bicycles can be borrowed free of charge). Enjoy the tranquility of the Groningen countryside with the view of the city skyline. The tiny house is a self-contained residential unit of 2.5m x 5m made from recycled material. Equipped with a shower, toilet, water, electricity, internet and heating. Bus stop is 200 meters away.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by.
