Monthly Rentals in Eancé

Everything went well at Dayer's, everything was in order. However, we had to shorten our stay initially planned for 4 weeks, we had to leave 5 days before the end, and asked, well before the date, to change our departure day. In the cancellation conditions, it was mentioned that we could claim a 50% refund for unused nights. Dayer simply refused our change. I don't think it's right, because it's not mentioned on his listing that reservations are non-refundable if canceled.

We were delighted with our weekend in Emilie and Olivier's cottage, it was really a warm welcome, a beautiful and rejuvenating place. I was able to invite my family at noon to celebrate my 40th birthday surrounded by nature, really very nice. Everything was easy, and the hosts were very responsive to our needs. We recommend this cottage without a second thought. Thanks again Emilie and Olivier. We will be happy to return:) Capucine

I enjoyed the quiet of the apartment and its proximity to the Régalante which passes down the street. The proximity to the village allows you to go out to eat or walk near the pond.

Paul and his partner are very welcoming. Their house is very zen, spacious, very well laid out and has a lot of charm. The exteriors are beautiful, spacious, a haven of peace and greenery. I would highly recommend this listing. Thank you Paul for your hospitality in your beautiful house full of history.
