Walk down the quiet street to enjoy our access to two private homeowners association beaches, only for neighborhood use! One beach overlooks the mountains, the other in a sheltered cove with a sandy swim area and picnic tables. Located less than 10 miles to Old Forge and 2 miles from Inlet. Dine together on the new pine screened porch, sit together by a fire, or relax in one of two living rooms. Our cabin is walking distance to ice cream, bars, eateries and more- just park the car and relax!

Have your morning coffee or evening cocktail in an Adirondack chair right on your private dock. It is located one mile from downtown Inlet in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains.

Birches at 4 Seasons Cottages 4th Lake, Old Forge

Birches Cottage is part of Four Seasons Cottages on 4th lake. Birches is a cozy camp with 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub and shower. It is very near our sandy beach where we have Adirondack chairs for guests to use while watching the sunrise over the Lake. We only rent by the week in July and August with check in and out only on Saturdays. we have Adirondack chairs on beach, WIFI TV pillows, blankets/comforters, please bring your own sheets and towels.

Escape to the "Wildlife Refuge"

Your family with be close to everything while staying at our "wildlife refuge". We are within walking distance to the town of Inlet bustling with activity during the summer months. From free concerts at the park to plenty of dining & shopping options, you won't have to wander far. Wildlife Refuge is located right next door to the Inlet Common School & adjacent to the 6th lake carry for you to drop in a canoe or kayak. Plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Miles of hiking and ski trails start just behind the cottage in Fern Park. At the end of the driveway you are immediately on Inlet snowmobile trails.
