Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.

This 2-story home is located in a small village off the shore of Lake Sevan. Take a short 10-15 minute walk and you'll reach the shore of the lake. It's a beautiful spacious cottage with a big yard and all amenities you can think of. It's very cozy, comfortable and best of all very quiet. It's suitable for chilling, working, or having fun. This cozy home is only a 1.5-hour drive away from Yerevan. There are shops nearby but have a limited variety.
