Excellent audio and TV is available with Netflix. In addition, a 6-person jacuzzi that can be used all year round. This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and the beauty of the old village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Peace and Quiet. In our atmospheric ecological Shepherd's hut you can enjoy the Ruinen forestry in the front garden and the Dwingelderveld in the backyard is a 10minute bike ride away. Your accommodation has 2 comfortable beds, shower and compost toilet and a kitchenette with fridge. WiFi available. This comfortable vacation home, with a fenced garden, is right on the Drents-Friese Wold. The house is in a park with no facilities/entrance gate or rules. The houses at the park are both permanently inhabited and rented for vacation. You can go hiking, cycling and mountain biking in the area to your heart's content. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily accessible. The house is complete and stylishly furnished and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.
