The house was lovely. Came for a work trip and brought my parents up for a little trip away. Lots of space inside the house, 2 full bathrooms, cute little sitting spaces outside. Loved it. xx Little note- the drive up to the house is very narrow and with 2 cars there was not room to turn around, so we needed to reverse all the way back to road. Apart from that it is a lovely house, a home away from home and the Thai restaurant literally minutes away is fab! Thank you for having us!!

Great house for couples and awesome setup with the fire pit. Dog friendly should be enclosed backyard we think or to make sure it’s specified on it as open backyard with neighbours 10 meters away. Great trail walks for dogs but all in all a great experience.

Melissa’s place was the perfect base for our Dunsborough getaway. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of town, it felt like our own private retreat—surrounded by nature but still just minutes from the beach, cafes, and wineries. Melissa was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and full of local tips (her recommendation for Meelup Beach and a sunset at Sugarloaf Rock was spot on!). If you’re heading to the Margaret River region and want a calm, stylish place to unwind, Melissa’s place is a gem. We’re already dreaming of coming back.

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

Perfect for a short weekend break in Freo. Clean, comfortable and easy access to Fremantle with huge range of restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to great beaches. Smooth check-in/check-out, helped by really clear instructions and good communications with Ashley. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at The Tree House, the house was beautiful and perfect for families. Location was really quiet and peaceful with lots of space outside for kids to play and a great selection of activities kids in the house. Eve went extra mile and gave us a relaxing bath with essential oils and bath salts all prepared.

Serena’s place was spotless, easy to access, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. A clean, comfortable stay—highly recommend!

Gill’s place was perfect for our days exploring Margaret River area. Great amenities and comfy bed. The open plan space was excellent. We enjoyed the garden and BBQ, and loved the peace and quiet. Gill and Steve were very helpful and hospitable. We would love to come back sometime soon.

Our family had a great time staying here. The rustic cottage was beautifully furnished and the surrounding farm was absolutely stunning. Emilie was warm and friendly and made an exceptional host - a perfect balance between checking we were ok and had everything we needed and leaving us to enjoy the tranquillity. Being fully unplugged was just what we needed and experiencing the night sky out there was unforgettable

Absolutely loved our stay , such a peaceful atmosphere exactly what I needed for a couple nights away from the busy city to just relax unwind, can’t rate the bed enough , I swear the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, the lastnight was such a cold night but we were so warm with the electric blankets going , love the space in the tent, enjoyed the camp fire both nights tidying marshmallows. Enjoyed the hot tub both nights , and the pressure of the shower was amazing. Service and communication from staff were helpful in assisting when we needed for example top up on toilet paper when asked. Stacey was very helpful and informative in emails if we needed assistance. We got massages aswel our last day and they were amazing very relaxing and masseuse were lovely. Great location , just the perfect spot and not too far out of town. I would definitely recommend and go back.

We had a lovely few nights stay at Melissa’s. There was so much to do. The kids enjoyed kayaking and exploring, playing ping pong and board games. I enjoyed the books and view. We’d love to come back to take advantage of the pool when the weather warms up. Everything we needed was available and the beds were super comfy! Thank you for having us.

My toddler, husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s. She welcomed us when we arrived and was very friendly. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Photos don’t do this place justice, it is even more beautiful in person! It is the perfect spot for a family. Our toddler had lots to play with, lots of space to run around and loved seeing the chickens and sheep. Jenny graciously gave us access to the living area where we got to enjoy the cosy tv room and pristine kitchen. The property is very close to all the shops you need and Busselton Golf Club as well (we got to enjoy a round of golf). I would highly recommend this property and we definitely plan on coming back.

I have stayed at Carmen’s place many times now and she is always friendly and helpful. Her hut has everything one could need for a comfortable stay and it is very convenient to shops, restaurants and the hotels in George St. I would highly recommend her place.

As I wrote in the guest book, I went to the South West for a two day golf competition at Capel. A very enjoyable weekend, but sadly the golf didn’t match the excellent of the accommodation! Quiet, clean, everything one would need plus some nice little touches like a couple of chocolates, milk, and bottles of water in the fridge. I have nothing but praise

We really enjoyed our stay here we just loved the music theme and beautiful old pictures, books, ornaments and furniture Very clean and tidy suite and friendly, informative and easy to communicate with the hosts. Our dog was very happy too!

What an amazing family holiday!! So many good things to say about the chalet. The kids were excited to sleep in bunk beds, the location is great, very close to the main center of Margaret river, yet feels like it is secluded and private in the middle of the woods. We loved the design of the chalet, and very tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.

We always love staying at 169 Steps. Perfect location and all the amenities you need to keep you and your furry friend happy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, secure escape. Thanks for having us again.

Our family of 5 (2 kids and a fur babe) had a beautiful time at Timpano’s farm. Nicola and Simon are amazing hosts. The farm is incredible for kids with a cubby and a park style playground with soft sand. Not to mention all the games including table tennis, basketball ball, bag toss, connect four, pool and more. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean and tidy. We loved being able to spend our days outside and watching the night sky from the bed. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful home to spend an enjoyable weekend in Dwellingup. Great place catering for young and old. Lots of games and bunk beds for the young and young at heart as well as peaceful front and rear verandahs to enjoy a coffee or meal. We highly recommend this residence close to facilities, hotham valley railway and walking tracks.
