Gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung (40qm), Erdgeschoss, in ruhigem Wohngebiet. Nur 8 km entfernt ist die Innenstadt von Stralsund. Weitere attraktive Ziele wie Rügen, Usedom und Darss eignen sich für Tagesausflüge. Für ein Kleinkind bis ca 3 Jahre ist ein Reisekinderbett vorhanden. Ein älteres Kind kann im Wohnraum schlafen (Schlafcouch). Urlaub mit Hund nach vorheriger Absprache. Für einen flexiblen Check in ist eine Schlüsselbox vorhanden. Sehr gerne begrüße ich meine Gäste auch persönlich.

Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

30km von Greifswald, 40km von Stralsund, 20km von Demmin&Grimmen, 70km von der Ostsee, ist diese schöne, baubiologische Unterkunft entfernt. Einfach, inmitten von seltenem Vogelsang, belebenden Bäumen und guter Luft kannst du dich hier bestens und nachhaltig erholen. In der Unterkunft gibt es ein Doppelbett (1,40*2m), eine kleine Küchen-und Essecke. Außerhalb sind Toilette&Solardusche (4-10). Wandern, Kanu fahren auf der Peene in Loitz, eine Heuwagensauna besuchen oder einfach den Ort genießen.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Landhaus im Grünen App. Landliebe

Auf einem ursprünglichen Bauernhof haben wir mit viel Liebe ein Ferienhaus zum Träumen geschaffen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ein großer Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Abends kann man gemütlich am Feuer sitzen oder auf der bequemen Couch bei einem Glas Wein ein Buch lesen. Von Groß Markow aus kannst Du die Umgebung mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto erkunden. Der Ort liegt zwischen dem Kummerower und Teterower See. Die Ostsee erreicht man in nur einer Stunde.

Gefühlt ist man hier am Rand der Welt, ein Garten voller Bäume mit Weitblick in die Prärie Mecklenburgs. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und Gartenteil. 4 Schafe und 5 Katzen bewohnen den großen Garten. 2 E-Bikes können gemietet werden. Holzofensauna & Hotpott sind gegen eine Gebühr verfügbar. Das Dorf Barlin ist mit Pferden und Spielplatz ein sehr schöner Ort zum urlauben. Wald und Seen sind nah. Wir ehemaligen Berliner wohnen als Familie nebenan.

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

In Pensin, not far from the town of Demmin, in the Mecklenburg Lake District, you can rent a tiny house in a rural atmosphere. It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.
