Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dutton Park

We have stayed at a few Airbnb’s in New Farm and Sue’s place has been the best so far. Her place was spacious, just as described, clean and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Bed & pillows were comfortable and her place had everything we needed. We will certainly stay there again next time we visit Brisbane.

Loved staying at Cathy and Richard's - close to the Gabba and ferry, wonderful details and a comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. We hope to visit again soon!

Traditional Queenslander style wooden house on a quiet suburban street. Off street parking available if you have a car. Excellent transport links to Brisbane CBD and surrounding area with bus and train options within 10 minute walk. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay with the washing machine and dryer invaluable. George is always available if any issues .

Great place and great location. Pristine presentation and altogether a great experience! (I checked in after sunset so collecting the keys in the dark was a bit interesting) I highly recommend it especially if you want quick access to the Brisbane conference and exhibition centre.

This is our second time visiting Natalie’s Airbnb cos it’s so cozy, quiet and convenient to everything in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. We also find the bed to be super comfortable and to our liking. The unit is safe, secure and caters for everything you will ever need for a short or long term stay. Natalie is a super responsive and caring host. Great apartment in South Brisbane that is walking distance to West End and Southbank. We had a car but found the apartment was in the perfect location to walk to most places that side of the river. Comfortable bed, great shower and full kitchen with almost everything you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and shops all in walking distance. Mark was able to provide a port a cot for us which was set up and ready upon arrival. With the portacot set up there was not a lot of room left but it was fine for a short stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Second time staying at this space. Usually in for two weeks on a business trip. Well-appointed, very walkable, good sized space, comfy and plenty of room and furniture to settle in. Nice to have extra bath, overall will stay again when back in town. Recommend.

Loved Jenny's place. Truly outstanding. Great location to go for the AFL, lot's of cafe's and restaurants nearby and the river too of course! The house itself was outstanding. What you see in the pictures is what you get. A truly beautiful house. Thanks Jenny!

What a great place to stay, close to the city and Southbank, had coffee down the road, the house was everything described and our family felt at home. This will be our go to stay for Torian going forward.

Alyssa’s place is in a quiet, peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living room and balcony provided great spaces for family time. Alyssa and her partner were very friendly, and her son was so kind to play with my kids. Highly recommend this cozy, welcoming spot!

This is our second time in Sandra’s place and we will return again next year. It is a wonderful little place, with everything close by. There was a mishap with my luggage, and I wasn’t home when it was delivered but they made sure it was placed on the porch for my arrival out of any rain.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was absolutely lovely, clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with fast, friendly responses that made everything feel easy. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out, which made our trip so much more relaxed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Lil’s apartment was leafy, tranquil and sumptuous. Her linen was second to none and the place was sprinkled with complimentary homemade condiments. A nice walk to shops, markets and restaurants so our every need was easily accessed.

Scarletts place is a little gem. Perfectly placed to explore Brisbane. Clean and tidy with plenty of space for a couple.

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and presentable apartment. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre, rail station (South Brisbane). Yet still quiet Benny is a responsive communicator and provided very clear instruction on how to access the apartment.

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city

Great location walking distance to CBD & Convention Centre. Very private and clean apartment great for small family or friend getaway.

The apartment is so close to the train station and walkable to indro shopping centre, we enjoyed shopping and bought groceries nearby. The amenities were suitable for what we needed, especially the warm preparation and compliment from the host! Besides, Lucia and Trong are friendly, helpful and very responsive, all of us had a great time during the stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!
