It is fully equipped with electric heating as well as fireplace (steel with window), furniture and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to Messe, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located near the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise nuisance until 23h.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Cozy detached apartment with terrace and garden view in a quiet single-family home settlement near the fairgrounds and airport. This great 2-room adjoining apartment with approx. 37 m² is located in the beautiful district of Stockum/Lohausen and a 5-minute walk from the nearest stop (U79 & U18/Messebahn). This makes it only 20 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport. There are also some restaurants and shopping facilities nearby.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
