Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi çok güzel bir evdi memnun kaldık. 4 kişiydik bize yeterli oldu iki banyosu olması avantajdı. Sadece dedektör hakkında bir sıkıntı yaşadık. O da ev sahibiyle ilgili bir sorun değildi. Ev sahibi yardımcı oldu ve çözmemiz için talimatlar verdi. Yine tiflise gelsem yine bu evde kalırdım.

Ein super Aufenthalt!🌟Die Gegend mit der historische Gebäude ist einfach der Hammer, und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - mitten im Zentrum tolle Restaurants und Cafés rundherum. Die Wohnung ist richtig schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Ika war ein klasse Gastgeber - total aufmerksam und supernett! My wife and I decided to make this beautiful and natural cabin our home while we spent our time in Georgia. Gela was by far the most respectful, helpful, and caring hosts I have had. If I have any family or friends who want to visit Georgia in the future, this will be the first place I will recommend! Can’t say enough how perfect the location is if you are looking for some peace and quiet with nature all around.
