Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Durrës County

Xhoni was really responsive and always answered our questions in a timely manner. The place was a bit tricky to find as the parking space is around the back and Google maps got confused with the roads. The roads to get there were a tight squeeze and busy, but once you're parked you have a good sized base for your stay. The wifi was good and we made use of the washing machine as well. Enough space for longer term rentals too if that's what you need.

Great experience with a wonderful host! Location was great, with an abundance of small stores, cafes, and restaurants within a just couple of minutes walking distance. Situated between two shopping malls, a stroll to the city center takes about 10 minutes, with numerous places to eat/have coffee along the way. Several well stocked supermarkets in the area as well and a nice fruit/veg stand just around the corner, as being able to cook was huge. Everything in the home was as shown and exactly as advertised, with plenty of hot water, strong and reliable wifi, and super clean throughout. Communication was exceptional, and as an English speaker, very much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend Natalia's place, and would undoubtedly come back again!

everything just perfect, very friendly welcome by her brother, (by the way a great artist and the house is full of his beautiful paintings). a beautiful green oasis in the middle of tirana and the house is very well equipped. I can keep on writing how good it is but I suggest you discover this nice pearl yourself !

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos und schnell – auch bei kleinen Reklamationen wurde prompt reagiert. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und die Bilder spiegeln die Realität gut wider. Es liegt jedoch recht abgelegen, sodass die Anreise ohne Auto nahezu unmöglich ist. Wer sich für diese Unterkunft entscheidet, sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Toilettenschüsseln im Haus waren leider nicht befestigt, was wir dem Gastgeber gemeldet haben. Wir hoffen, dass dies bald behoben wird. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Gastgeber – wir können den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen, wenn man mobil ist.

Genti was a great host! He prepared us spontaneous a local fish on arrival which was a warm welcome. If you are looking for a peacefull local stay close to nature this is the spot. We walked to the village every day to have a coffee with the warm and friendly locals in the main cafe. Communication with 'hand and feet' but this receipt still works! Cape rodon, beaches and Tirana reachable in 30-45 minutes. All great!

Very kind and communicative host. Everything was great. We enjoyed the evenings with a glass of wine at the fireplace and sunny mornings with a coffe at the beach. The house is very nice with a beautiful garden and have everything for some relaxing days. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa in Golem. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Obwohl die Lage eher lebhaft und der Strand recht touristisch war, haben die vielen exzellenten Restaurants in der Umgebung das mehr als wettgemacht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Stay was great! Flutra was very accommodating with all of our needs and helped us in every situation. Location is a bit difficult to access but other than that the stay is fantastic!

Veldig flott villa med utmerket beliggenhet. Veldig rolig boligområde. Veldig bra standard og stedet så faktisk bedre ut enn på bildene. 3-5 min gåavstand til stranden. Beach Club med flott basseng til både voksne og barn enda nærmere enn stranden. I tillegg var det en lekeplass for barn i nærheten. Minimarked 1 min gangavstand unna. 3-4 restauranter i nærheten som var hadde helt ok mat, men dessverre dårlig service. Vi kjørte et par kvelder litt lengre unna for å prøve restauranter hvor det var helt fantastisk mat og service. Samlet sett var det et fint opphold og anbefaler absolutt villaen videre.
