There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. Experience a Country getaway in a tiny home with attached secondary bedroom with queen bed complete with a deck and outside bbq relax and watch the farm at work. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Tuggerah Westfield but once you arrive you will feel like you could be a million miles from anywhere. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.
