In addition to the double bed, there is an additional mattress, so that two people can be accommodated comfortably, but there is also space for three. The apartment offers a bathroom, kitchenette and sunny balcony. Within 400 meters you will find everything your heart desires: tram, thermal bath with sauna, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema and the Baden State Theater. The city center is only 1 km away. Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
