This stay was everything I needed. the property was clean, peaceful and well equipped. The host was very responsive to any needs and made the stay comfortable and inviting. Having access to a fire pit was a lovely touch to unwind on a clear evening.

Beth’s place was lovely, a large pond and woods. Peaceful and quiet. Beth could not have done more to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and Beth made us feel right at home. And we learned a lot about the history of farming in North Guildford.

We had a great time! The unit is very clean and comfortable and has everything you would need. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. The outdoor amenities (hot tub, deck and grill) are a huge bonus. The outdoor space is so calm and serene. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and there are plenty of food/dining options within driving distance in lieu of a full kitchen (which is already described). Delicious lobster rolls are only a few minutes away via car which is great! While we were there we visited Lake Compounce as well as the USS Nautilus - that was fun! Suzanne is such a kind and wonderful host. She made our stay extra pleasant and was always available to answer questions or provide anything necessary. She provided a snack basket which came in handy and was much appreciated. Her dog,Molly, is a sweet dog and we enjoyed her company. We are so grateful for Suzanne and her warm hospitality :) Thank you once again!

We stay here often, and always find something new to appreciate. It's been a chilly spring, but thankfully, the wood stove kept us all cozy. Being up in the trees, we could hear so many unique birds! We usually cook, but found the local restaurants in Guilford to be quite good. I say it every time, but it's always the getaway my family needs with the right amount of nature to escape, without sacrificing too many creature comforts. It's our happy place!

She’s everything as described and then some and she’ll make sure you fit right in and are taken care of, we can’t wait to go back when needed and we’re so excited to see what you do with the place each time we come! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Spot. It’s a cozy studio in-law apartment built off the main home. The apartment was clean and well kept. We had the pleasure of meeting our host, Bridget, and she shared that they had recently converted the space from a sun room into an apartment. We didn’t have the opportunity to meet Collette. Location is prime as it’s close to downtown Middletown, Wesleyan University, as well as easy access to Route 9. Being close to Main St. made it easy for us to get up in the morning and grab a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. The neighborhood they are in is peaceful, located in a residential area. Would book again.

Thank you Ronnie for an excellent stay at your Airbnb. Everything was accurate as in the pictures. Although the shower needed some work I reached out to Ronnie and she responded very quickly. I would definitely come back. It was nice and quiet. The building is very spacious with tons of areas where you could sit and enjoy. The pool and gym area was nice. There was also a fenced in basketball area. Thanks again Ronnie for a great stay. I rate your Airbnb a 10!! I will definitely stay again.
