We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)

This Airbnb was beautiful great ocean view and very clean just like in pictures.Restaurants were very close and staff very nice. Very safe place to stay. Host was very attentive and very nice. Defiantly a place I would come back to. Loved it !!!!

The apartment is amazing - very spacious, comfortable and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The amenities and the tower in general are in excellent condition, everything was very well cared for. The attention was also top notch: the coffee machine was decomposed and in less than two hours, I was already Cindy knocking on the door with a new one. A phenomenal service. The location of the Peninsula is ideal if you are looking for tranquility. It is far from the Golden Zone, so there are fewer people and you can enjoy much more of the rest, just what we were looking for for the dates we went on. As a point to consider, the condominium is quite strict on absolutely all activities within the complex, so it is important to note it. You also have to know that the consumption of light is charged separately and is somewhat high per day, even being careful with the climates and lights. Despite that, the host was excellent, the apartment spectacular and the holidays were very much enjoyed.
