Only 2 people with a double bed, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a full bathroom, and flexible arrival times. It has A/C, a smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, free NETFLIX, a wardrobe module, a folding clothesline, a luggage rack, an iron and hair dryer, and a table on the terrace. Within walking distance are the beach, Historic Center, restaurants, convenience and department stores, 24-hour pharmacy, laundry, churches, etc. Guests with limited mobility are not accepted.

Wonderful beachfront apartment in the golden zone

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)

Located at the foot of the beach, in the heart of the Golden Zone, surrounded by pharmacies, restaurants, bars and shops. In addition, for your peace of mind, the building has professional 24/7 surveillance and security personnel at all times. A maximum of 6 people are allowed, including infants.

One bedroom apartment, recently renovated with a very comfortable King size bed. The living space has a 55 inch flat screen, a kitchen and refrigerator. Our apartments are spacious, comfortably furnished with large windows. Stay cool with A/C and wind-down in our luuna mattresses. Each apartment is equipped with its own internet access point for good and speedy connection.

The apartment's location is excellent, you can walk to the Machado, Downtown, Cathedral, Cerro de la Neveria, Olas Altas, Paseo del Centenario, Clavadista and the Lighthouse; the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking. You can also rent bicycles and ride along the bike path that is right in front of the apartment and that crosses the entire pier.
