Beautiful place to stay in Joatinga!

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

The apartment is simply beautiful! Everything is new, well decorated and very comfortable. Guilherme was extremely attentive and kind throughout the stay. The location is excellent, close to Zazá, Garota de Ipanema, Belmont and Gurumê. I highly recommend it! It was the first of many. 😊

The apartment is amazing, better than the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.

We loved Leon's loft! Super comfortable, a great location and easy to access. We felt super safe at all times, close to the place there is a place to have lunch, to buy some basic things and everyone is very nice! As it is in a higher place, we chose to always go up by motorcycle taxi, which was quiet and fast. We had an unforeseen event with the shower and Leon, and André, who is co-host, were super helpful and helped us with everything. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Amazing location! This is a nice area of Ipanema. Few mins walk away from the beach. Great restaurants and many stores nearby. Discovered a new favorite chocolate store Dengo and brazilian perfume store Granado few blocks away. Felt safe and secure during our whole stay. The building has a guard. Space is clean and comfortable as photos show. Jose is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Made our stay in Rio memorable. Thank you!

We spent a week for two in this place, we were fine. It's easy to go to the beach in the morning, for example, to walk around the Leblon neighborhood, to take an Uber to go anywhere in Rio, and to return and enjoy a quiet accommodation equipped with modern appliances (good air conditioning, 2 large TVs, an air fryer). There is a lot of equipment, but not always in great condition, the furniture is a little worn. But the essentials are good, including the jacuzzi that works well. Fabio was always very responsive and friendly during our communications and Valdirene (the housekeeper) was very nice, she did us a great service by washing our laundry, thank you! We had a very nice week and would recommend this place!

The house is really great and very true to the description here on Airbnb. Extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet throughout the house, kitchen utensils, towels, pillows and bed linens available. In addition, in the few questions we had, we were promptly answered by the hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we spent.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

This is the second time we've been, we love Isabel's house. It's all well equipped, beautiful and comfortable. We always spend beautiful days enjoying the pool and garden.

We were delighted with the place, the house, we went as a family with 7 people and 3 dogs. The house has a wonderful structure, everything is very clean and organized Antonio, the host, always responded quickly when we had questions. I want to come back more often It is well worth it.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

The condominium is very nice Quiet, in the middle of nature. The house is very nice and well decorated, the garden well cared for, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The river with the natural pool and showers is one of the high points and catches the sun most of the day. Nossa Golden freaked out. A suggestion would be to have a sauna too, it would give an even more special touch to the experience. And there is a small cave that would be the ideal location. The descending staircase is steep but there is an easier alternative street. We were with an elderly couple and despite the initial concern it was not a problem. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants and the Serra dos Órgãos Park, with trails and waterfalls. Cássia e Ricardo, who take care of the space, and Tiago, who administers, were always very attentive and helpful. We recommend and would return.

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best stays. Thank you! ❤️

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was perfect. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It's pretty much down to the beach so the location couldn't be better. I enjoyed my little 14 days there and will most likely come back

Sidney was very helpful to our one member of our group that had a later flight, which she really appreciated. Sidney supplied great information ahead of time which helped us with planning. It took us a couple of days to figure out where things were around the condo. It’s close to the beach and there was an evening open air market for souvenirs, local art, hats, tshirts etc. right along the road next to the beach. We really enjoyed our time there.
