Condo vacation rentals in Duque de Caxias

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well maintained, I, as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a superhost! We'll be back for sure.

Duivis and his sister, from the first contact, were extremely polite and helpful, answering everything clearly and very politely. The apartment is beautiful, identical to the listing photos, extremely well equipped, with everything available, we felt at home. We arrived and the apartment was impeccable, Duivis was flexible regarding check-in, gave us clear information about the surroundings, location, tips with shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet there in the region, we had no difficulty with Uber, we did not explore the condominium even though it was possible, but it is very beautiful with several things to do. It's definitely a perfect place to stay, I'll be back more often.

Super clean and pleasant place, nearby grocery store that met our needs, very good nearby restaurants and 5 min walk from the subway station, which made our stay a lot easier. Alex was very receptive and gave all the information very clearly. I have nothing to complain about, everything was great!

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

What a fabulous place with an incredible view! It was everything we hoped for and made our stay in Brazil a wonderful experience!

Teresa's apartment is very spacious, nice and spotless. It has everything you need for a nice vacation, it is perfectly equipped for cooking. The location is ideal, not only because it is close to the beach but because it is the most beautiful neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Teresa was always very nice to us, attentive to what we needed for our stay.

The place is very well located, close to the Sams' club in Barra. Quiet place. The room is comfortable, very good pillows. I enjoyed the stay, he took good care of us. Mayara responded quickly when I contacted her. I recommend it for those who want to stay in Barra da Tijuca.

Location is amazing, the best option for those who want to stay close to 16 de Março and walk around the city. We were able to walk to the museum, the crystal palace, Rua Tereza, bars and restaurants, and it was the ideal stay for those who want to have access to everything without needing a car or app. The apartment is a gem, everything is organized, clean and has what is needed. The shower could be better, for those who like hot water you have to open it a little, but nothing that negatively influences my experience. I would definitely go back there again, I highly recommend it for a two-person stay!

There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very quick and clear, he was always very polite. On an upcoming trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.

Very nice apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
