This is a great place to stay in DC! The location is perfect as the street is quiet, and it’s walkable to many fine establishments. The unit is exactly as described, as well as very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

This is one of our favorite streets in DC and staying in Andrew's place reminded us just how much we love it! It's quiet and peacefull but with a few steps you find amazing restaurants, shops, DuPont Circle, famers markets and more! We stayed for Pride weekend and it was the perfect, cozy spot to get away from the crowds, cool off, and relax while people watching with our pup out the big beautiful window. :)

Really great stay in DC here. Host was extremely responsive to a number of things and questions we had before and during our stay. There were a few tiny hiccups in the apartment (shower drain), but easily resolved with messaging Markus. I also especially appreciated the fully supplied kitchen and things like olive oil, salt, coffee, tea, soaps, etc… available. (Some Airbnb’s really don’t have this much thought and care to these small things.) Bed is more firm than we’re used to, but was very comfortable. We didn’t stay much at the Airbnb but were perfectly comfortable there each time we stopped through whether for a break or for the evening!

In DC, THIS is the place to stay. One to three persons traveling together will find Peter’s apartment the perfect choice. Easy to find, easy to access, clean, plenty of towels, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bath with shower … residential, quiet neighborhood. We discovered numerous area restaurants just by taking a walk. Excellent breakfast/lunch cafe 2 blocks away, excellent Italian food 1 block away. This is a below ground apartment and you may occasionally hear things being moved or dropped above you but it’s not continuous. Close to the Viator bus pickup for numerous tours but too far to walk. We used pricey Ubers but it’s easy to get to other types of public transportation. Highly recommend the nighttime tour of the monuments, the Ford Theater tour, the Holocaust Museum, tour of the Capitol (we were too late to get the White House), and the Hop On Hop Iff. We didn’t know you have to get tickets for the Washington Monument - and they only hand out X many a day.

Came to DC to see a show with my sister at The Atlantis. Went with Kristen’s place for the location and price. Her apartment was so adorable and very clean. Every detail and need seemed to be thought out and considered, we wanted for nothing more. We were able to easily park on the street and walk to a great restaurant and then the venue. Kristen was easy to reach and answered all our questions quickly. Felt so comfortable, the neighborhood was lovely, quiet and clean. Couldn’t recommend enough! Hope we can stay again!

We had a great stay! Very easy walking to restaurants, coffee shops and Metro transit. The bed and cot were both very comfortable, and the space was cool and quiet. We’ll stay here again whenever we’re back in DC!

Valerie’s place was great! In the heart of DC’s best neighborhood, well-appointed, clean, and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! We spent the weekend visiting the downtown sights and this location was perfect. It was about a mile walk down to the National Mall and the weather was great for walking. There were many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed breakfast at Ted's and had dinner at several of the other restaurants. The apartment was great and immaculate. It was quiet and very relaxing after long days of visiting museums and monuments. Having two separate bathrooms was also really nice. We didn't cook while on our stay, but if we had, the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances needed to do so. We had access to wifi and a TV for streaming movies. There were games and local information available as well as SmartTrip cards available to use on the Metro. We had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment.

My husband and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Patrick and Wills. The space was so clean and the towels smelled so nice and were super soft. Bed is very comfortable, I think I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to a grocery as well as restaurants. Our favorite that was close was a Turkish restaurant, the food was amazing and the staff so friendly. Highly recommend Patrick and Wills place.

Perfect location for a few days in Washington DC. Space is relatively large, and equipped with every comfort (including a washing machine and a dryer!!!). Located in an eclectic neighborhood, about 7 minutes to the nearest subway station. A tip to also use one of the shared bikes or scooters nearby to explore the neighborhood. This way, you can really feel how the neighborhood works!

Keith’s place is easily the nicest AirBnb I’ve stayed at. First, the location - a huge variety of restaurants in walking distance to choose from, the street itself is so peaceful, all you can hear are birds and a wind chime, the vibe is sweet, a very friendly neighbourhood, with such well dressed people walking their dogs. Second, the place itself - the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very stylish, there are gorgeous art pieces all over. The beds are great, the kitchen so well kitted out, all the appliances are new and cutting edge. There are so many intangibles, such as how ventilated, airy and light filled the place is. You can see beautiful flowers from each window. The porch and common areas are lovely. There are many thoughtful touches. I’ll for sure be back. Third- Keith, our host, felt like a friend from day I booked the place, and I hope to see him on our next trip. He was helpful and kind in every possible way.

The apartment was an excellent place to stay during our visit of DC. It featured all amenities we could wish for and allowed for a hassle-free time to explore the capital thanks to seamless check-in and check-out and clear and fast answers by the host. We highly appreciate the opportunity for having been able to stay there and would very much recommend the listing to others.

The venue is perfect for an attendee at a conference at the Gaylord convention centre. All accessible within a short walk.

Our family of 3 had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool areas were well maintained. Local restaurants were good, water taxi and ferris wheel were fun! Easy Uber into DC to see the sites. Would recommend and stay here again. One note, if you don't have a car, you'll need to plan ahead if you want to have wine or alcohol in your room as that's not available within walking distance.

Katie went above and beyond. In town for the Cubs game and she made sure everything went great. Cant say enough about her. We will def consider again if back in DC. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We had a great stay!

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

We had no idea this was a resort with a sales pitch. Be ready. Not hard for us to say no and they were not persistent but we that this was an apartment in a building. This is a Wyndham Resort. Lovely amenities, parking $25/day right across the street, no restaurant on site but lots of choices close. It was perfect for our purposes.

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Washington DC! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Metro, making sightseeing effortless. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, which gave us peace of mind while traveling. Dining options nearby were a great convenience, with a fantastic Thai restaurant across the street and a pizza place next door. This was nice because we often returned from a long day of walking and needed to eat close by. A grocery store a few blocks away was an added bonus. Inside, the space was perfect for our family of six, with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms that made mornings smoother. Large windows added to the relaxing atmosphere, and the projector in one room made for memorable movie nights. Our teens especially loved the pool table on the main floor. This Airbnb was the perfect base for our DC adventure, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located stay!
