Or experience the Margaret River region that specialises in food, wine, chocolate, cheese ...the more energetic can explore caves, snorkel, surf and dive in the Indian Ocean! The house is ideally placed to enjoy it all! The beach house is opposite the beach, park and playground and has beach views from the ground floor and main bedroom.

Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

The studio, 300m from town and the beach, is attached to the main house but is completely private with your own entrance and courtyard. The Studio has 1 queen bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 lounge room/consulting space. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.
