Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Dunkirk

We felt very comfortable as the house is quiet and extremely clean. There is enough space and the surrounding area is very pleasant. All shops for a stay are in the area. You can make beautiful trips to Brayes - Dunes and Dunkirk. Overall, the area is recommended for a relaxing weekend. The hosts are very reliable and helpful. Parking is available in front of the door. The accommodation is about more expensive than others in Bergues, but it is also larger and has a courtyard where you can sit very nicely. A big plus. It is not suitable for the elderly and small children, as the stairs to the rooms are very nice, but also very steep.

An oasis of peace in the middle of a big city. Despite being in transit, a wonderful stay with a real holiday feeling. 10/15 minutes walk to the beach, with many beautiful restaurants/beach bars. In short, super enjoyable.

We were warmly welcomed by Stephane's mom. Stephane came to greet us a little later. In the house is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the view is fantastic. Stephane is a great and very nice host. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back.

I've been traveling almost exclusively with Airbnb for years, but there are few places where you have a host as caring as Lucie. In this accommodation you feel at home when you arrive, the bed was so comfortable that I'm a little embarrassed to tell you that I spent almost 11 hours there without waking up the first night, which is rather rare. As a host, I think Lucie in real life is the kind of person you'd want to have as a friend. As for this city, it is as charming as your host. One of the peculiarities of Dunkirk is the kindness of its inhabitants in this city rocked by many stories and funny facts, such as the statue of Jean Bart which by miracle, was saved from the bombing of the Second World War or all the buildings around were razed to 85%. Try the La Lagune restaurant, tasty dishes and friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay—everything was perfect. It’s a great place to relax; we loved the jacuzzi and the view of nature. The house has all the necessary utensils for cooking, and we especially liked the coffee machine. We hope to come back soon.

Modern accommodation in a peaceful house in the pine forest. 15mn walk from the beach. We had a great time. Bikes are a significant advantage!

Great 1st floor apartment on the beach, managed by a concierge company. Great views. Spacious apartment. Need to take towels, tea towel, loo roll etc if staying longer than a few days. Great place. Will stay again definitely.

Communication with Sandra went very well. Sandra responds immediately and is ready to solve problems. The apartment was very clean. The quality of the seats and the mattress are very good. There is good sun protection provided. The multiple seats provide many possibilities to enjoy the view. The swimming pool is really an extra.

Excellent communication from Geoffrey, who is welcoming, proactive and very helpful! The apartment is really clean, the bedding comfortable, the bathroom spotless. Everything is there, nothing to repeat. I found the apartment a little more spacious than in the photos! Very practical welcome booklet with all the info and local recommendations. I went to Dunkirk alone with my two children (6 and 2 years old) from Alsace and what a good idea! Damien and his wife hosted us so well... they helped me unload/load the car, full of good advice... The apartment close to the sea is beautiful, exemplary cleanliness, well-equipped... Super comfortable bedding. A plus for the small balcony where we spent a few evenings listening to the seagulls and waving to passers-by... precious moments that I will remember for a long time... An amazing place to stay and to visit. Excellent host. Highly recommended to stay for a week at least then you can visit Brogue, Lille, Ghent , it’s better to stay in Oostende and move around.

We arrived at the accommodation on Friday - after a traffic jam around Antwerp. I had overlooked that Tine had sent another photo of the entrance, but Bruno welcomed us and guided us to the right driveway. We were received in a very friendly manner. Everything important was explained. The communication was also great in advance. The accommodation fully complies with the description and the attached photos. The apartment is nicely and cozily furnished. Everything you need is available. The beds are really comfortable...that's not always the case. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can really take good care of yourself. The location in the dunes is also great. Less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. All in all, we had wonderful, relaxing and sunny 5 days. We made excursions to Nieuwpoort, Veurne and Ostend, had a picnic in the dunes and just had a great time for two or four. We all liked it. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is in a great location, with stunning sea views! We couldn't have hoped for a better panorama for a relaxing weekend by the ocean.

From our reservation to our arrival and even until our departure, Grégory is a very responsive host, answers all our questions, the directions received in advance are perfectly clear, very easy to find, the small seaside resort is very pretty, there is everything we need just like at Gregory's. Small apartment close to all amenities, ideal for us who visited the entire coast up to Belgium! We were able to admire long and beautiful beaches. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful clean apartment. Everything you need is there. Just a stone's throw to the beautiful beach. The city is about 20 minutes' walking distance. Unfortunately, I don't find Calais city center so beautiful. Many buildings have not been modernized and renovated. Few shops. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions. e.g. to Cap Blanc Nez + Cap Gris Nez.
