Very nice apartment, good location in relation to shops, bus stop and the dike, which allows you to do everything on foot. Very clean, good bedding and new. Aurélie was very responsive to our requests. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a great weekend at Mauricio's. The accommodation is very nice and very nicely decorated. We arrived in the evening, it was a little cool and the owner brought us two extra heaters. The beautiful beach of Malo-les-Bains was a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The apartment is very quiet. We highly recommend staying at Mauricio's if you go to Dunkirk 🤗

Nice, fairly new apartment in an old building. When you walk into the building, you don't expect such a new apartment. It is all brand new, functional and quite new. Outside the terrace is also nice. The neighborhood is reasonably neat and you can walk to the ports and shops so very centrally.

The apartment was in a wonderful location by the beach, with lots of walkable things to do. It was very clean and cozy. Wished we had spent more time there!

The best equipped and most tastefully furnished Airbnb apartment we have ever seen. Even from the comfortable bed, you could see the beach. Thanks to the blinds and good sound insulation, we were able to sleep undisturbed even when there was a lot of hustle and bustle in front of the nearby museum "Operation Dynamo" due to a commemoration event. From the balcony, we could watch the hustle and bustle at breakfast. In addition to the great basic equipment, the delicacies and the homemade jam, I especially liked the bags sewn by Mara herself, which were on sale in the showcase. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and highly recommend this place. ☆☆☆☆☆

Florence and Michel are great hosts, welcoming, very kind. The accommodation is clean, super well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped like at home. the bed is an extremely comfortable sofa bed. We even had a small welcome gift, with specialties from the North. In short, it was perfect!!

We had a wonderful Pentecost holiday in Dunkirk. The apartment was easy to find, check-in was simple and hassle-free. Isabelle was easy to reach for us with two questions regarding the area and responded very spontaneously. The apartment itself is tasteful and beautifully laid out. The beach and the restaurants there are about a 2-minute walk. Very nice, we'll be happy to come back!

Apartment in line with the listing and beyond our expectations, beautiful decoration, very cozy, impeccable cleanliness, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well as the bedding in the bedroom, apartment in a very good location and parking in a green area in front of the residence The only small downside is the sofa bed squeaks a lot, a little complicated night for our daughters.
