Vacation rentals with a patio in Dunham

Great space, awesome location and surprisingly very quite. Lovely terrace. I will absolutely reconsider to stay here in my next visit to Montreal.

This was just a lovely little gem we found on our way home south (back to the states.) It is a basement area, but it was so spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful and functional bathroom and comfortable bedroom & bed. (Included coffee and cream always gets an A+ from me.) Big TV with comfy couch.. Even a space to exercise! How can you ask for more? Side note: we heard "regular" noises (like walking around) but nothing that bothered us. Highly recommend!!

Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. Stayed here for a quick getaway to the Magog area with a day-trip to Montreal. Very close to the lake in a very walkable area, less than 500 meters from the lake and the main drag downtown. No complaints at all.

Visited Montreal with the girlfriend for couple days. Marilyne's place was perfect. Not too far from downtown. Quiet, peaceful, clean. Perfect for a little getaway Would recommend to others.

Victoria was amazing in her communication and she made the experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The place is spacious, super clean, and has everything you need for a comfy stay. The location was ideal for a family with kids. We were walking distance from a huge park linked to the botanical gardens and the biodome. We were a 20 min Uber ride to downtown and old town but we could have taken the metro easily close by. We would stay there again the next time we visit Montreal.

The cottage is very beautiful and well maintained, my boyfriend and I had a great weekend, there are several pedestrian shelters within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage offers lots of things to do too! We really enjoyed it and want to come back again!

Although there was a bit of heat during my visit, Nabil was very responsive and promptly followed up with updates and a solution. I really appreciated the clear communication and care. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property located in very peaceful, restful area of Eastman. This property was exactly as the photos described. As a former vacation home manager I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, amenities and communication. The kitchen is very well stocked, including a few basic items, super clean and very spacious. The bathrooms were spotless! The linens and bedding super soft and perfect for sleeping in. The decor of the home is beautiful and zen, combined with the lighting from the outside you feel a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. We used the fireplace along with the heated floors as the temperature was a little cool outside. Lovely evenings spent in the living room area enjoying the view of the forest outside. Wifi works very well as well as streaming channels. The area itself is beautiful, highly recommend for those looking for nature trails, hiking etc. We were 20 minutes from Magog. Cute little village of Eastman not far.

This was our third time staying here and, once again, we had a fantastic time! The place is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming — it truly feels like a home away from home. The host is great and everything is exactly as described. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable stay. We’ll definitely be back again!

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A very good spot close to the mountain. A cute bar across the road, and the hot tubs were a great way to close the day.

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to the city and grocery store. We'll be back.

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.

Cozy, clean & quiet! Beautiful surrounding nature and easy access to the walking path around the lake. Will definitely come back!
