We had a lovely stay at the tiny home. We commented numerous times how relaxed we felt coming away from our stay. Secluded on the riverfront, the view was stunning. The house itself was spotless and well appointed and pet friendly. Only 40 minutes from Newcastle is incredible! The hosts were very helpful and made us feel like the space was all ours. Due to recent rains the drive down to the house would have been difficult in my small car, but im sure the hosts would have helped with getting down if we didn't have a second larger vehicle. We have stayed at other tiny homes where the natural toilet system was onerous, but this was much better and no mal odour throughout the house. Breakfast in the morning was a lovely addition, super easy to cook on the stovetop and plenty of lovely spots to sit for a drink. Some more condiments like butter / tomato sauce would have been great for brekky but not a big deal. Looking forward to staying again soon.

The house is amazing. Very well equipped. Everything you need for cooking pizza is in the kitchen. The pizza oven outside makes the place even more beautiful and peaceful to be with friends and family. Also it’s a short walk to the river.

Such a beautiful location. The welcoming fire was a lovely touch. The fire pit was gorgeous. Bushwalking tracks everywhere. Wallabies, cows, chickens were a great experience for the kids.

This last-minute weekend getaway was an unexpected delight in a peaceful setting. Every comfort was thoughtfully accommodated within an atmospheric cottage maintained to a high standard. Animalia provided charming entertainment - cattle over the road, free-range guinea fowl, vibrant birdlife - just what was needed! Couldn't fault it. Keen to return (with friends next time) to renew old acquaintances.

We had a lovely time at Cerian’s place. Plenty of room for two families to relax and enjoy the long weekend. Beautiful peaceful outlook and we all loved the tennis court and pool.

Absolutely loved our return stay at Peppercorn Farm! We were a group of 8 adults & 8 kids (3yrs & under) and absolutely felt at home! Everything was so easy, the house has everything you need and the communication with the hosts was great. Highly recommend and hopefully we will be back for a 3rd time in the future!

We were looking for accommodation for one night in a peaceful setting amongst beautiful natural surroundings. We found Cate’s place, and it was the perfect fit for us. We loved the peace and tranquility, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the incredible sunken spa bath. We woke up to wallabies outside and enjoyed our barista coffee and a beautiful breakfast on the deck, joined by some lovely and vocal kookaburras. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely property with everything we needed, a spacious yard for the pups, and Eloise was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location is a true paradise, surrounded by breathtaking nature and stunning landscapes. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the sight of lush greenery was a dream come true. The presence of wild fauna added an extra touch of magic—spotting wildlife in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation itself was perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Every detail was well taken care of, making my stay seamless and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming, and provided great recommendations to explore the area. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely be returning! 🌿🌟

Maggie was the perfect host and her pool house was perfect. It had everything you need for a weekend away and more! Although the pool house is right next to her main residence it still feels completely private. We didn’t hear or see them throughout our stay except for when we arranged to meet Maggie as she offered to take us to feed her cows. Was so peaceful waking up and seeing the mist over the paddocks and going for a strolls to pat the horses. Then coming back in the afternoon and relaxing in the hot tub and having a bbq. We will definitely be back. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Went to Tiny with my partner and our two dogs. We loved every second of it! Cary and Trudy were very accommodating and both responsive when needed. The photos don’t do the place justice. The beers were a good touch 😉 thought we would get rained out but thankfully the sun came out for us when we were here for the weekend. More than enough firewood for us on both nights, hot water was so good along with excellent water pressure. It’s the only place on the property so it was nice and private. Dogs had free roam which they loved, but make sure they have good recall as there is no fencing. Explored around town during the day but honestly was so excited to just get back to the place and enjoy it. Will definitely book again!! Thank you, Cary and Trudy!

Lovely place perfect for our stay. we were visiting family in the area. The house had everything we needed amd was very central. Robert was a flexible responsive host whom I would highly recomend the location is superb and the views stunning....Maybe don't go in the middle of a severe flood warning if you really want to appreciate the magnificicent views......Robert even offered his local knolwledge on alternate routes due to the weather. All in all a great experience except for the rain, but I am from England so it was like home from home for me... :-)

This home is my first of three bookings here. A lovely home for a family; either weekend away to beautiful Dungog, or a longer stay while you find your feet, or explore this beautiful part of NSW.

This was a perfect place for a quick getaway! The online guide is very helpful!! The only down side to this stay was the leeches! They are very bad so cover up and wear bug spray! You will for sure get a few on you even when hanging out by the fire. Also, they mention the “spice level” being spicy which is true! The walk to the cabin is a little strenuous so pack light! Overall the space was clean and inviting! Would love to visit other cabins!

Beautiful views and very peaceful! Nathan was excellent with communication, very responsive and helpful. The place is even more stunning than in the photos. The only downside was that the coffee machine didn’t work, and the kitchen amenities could use an update. There weren’t enough wine glasses, bowls, etc., for the number of guests the house accommodates. Also, it’s best to have a 4x4 vehicle to access the property, especially if it’s been raining. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it!

My partner and I stayed in Cadair Cottage 1 and we really really enjoyed our short time here. We were only here for a couple of nights but would have loved to extend our trip. There is so much to like about this place. Firstly, the surroundings are just absolutely beautiful - you are in nature and if you’re coming from a city landscape you’ll switch off so quickly. The cottage itself was spotless and had such a homely feel. All of the amenities you’d need with a fireplace, stove top, wifi, tv with foxtel and streaming - beautiful bedrooms and comfortable linen. The hot tub is also so nice to relax in and watch the sun come down. The yard (which is fully fenced) offers an expansive play area for your furry friends and our girl Peppa absolutely loved her time here too. She had so much fun. You are visited by neighbouring sheep and cows and it’s truly magical to watch them graze and trail by. Thank you, Simone - we can’t wait to return to this beautiful property again.
