The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

Pleasant and well-equipped gite. It felt good there. The sea a few steps away is a real plus. Tranquillity is total. During our stay the weather was very pleasant, so we took advantage of the good advice received during the welcome. It should be noted that the upstairs rooms are arranged in a row. However, there is a sofa bed on the ground floor. We are back in Maine and Loire, but already want to come back...

Beautiful, very clean house with garden in a nice and very quiet neighborhood with beach access on foot in 2 minutes. Clothilde was courteous and responsive during our exchanges.

The place was true to the photos, close to the sea while being in a peaceful neighborhood. Due to a constraint on our organization we shifted our arrival schedule and Mathilde quickly adapted to us. The house is really warm, comfortable and very well decorated. We'll be happy to go back. The little extra: the little gourmet gift for the welcome. I sincerely recommend this house for a stay for both the place and the host!

We had a great weekend! The house lacks nothing and the location is perfect we took great walks with our dogs on the beautiful beaches. We will definitely come back! There were 3 of us. 2 adults 1 child and 2 dogs the house is perfectly suited for 4 but for 6 it seems a little tight Thank you for everything and see you soon 😉

Excellent host, great house with loads of space, kids loved the pool. Close to the marina,bars,restaurants and the beach.

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys available for children. They had a good time, we felt at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

Very nice boat both outside and inside, ideally moored in the immediate vicinity of essential amenities and free parking. It is very comfortable and well-equipped, nothing was missing. Rose is a particularly charming host, very welcoming and attentive. Her words, rich in local history including family history in line with the decoration and the documents she leaves us at our disposal are a great introduction to discovering Cherbourg and the surrounding area. To conclude: everything was perfect and as described!

Absolutely wonderful place. The house had everything a family would need and more. Situated 4 minutes from the sea side it is a perfect spot for those who enjoy evening walks on the beach. Heated pool was a luxury and when the weather was a bit cooler we made most of it. Plenty of places to explore all around. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a peaceful break. Great hosts, beautiful place, a home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying at Veronique's place. It was a cozy and a quaint, yet beautiful space with a nice scent/fragrance, and all of the items/amenities that we needed for our two-night stay near Omaha Beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with almost anything that you could need, from honey to jams and preserves. Veronique brings fresh croissants and bread to the room each day; the fridge was pre-stocked with orange juice, several varieties of milk, and yoghurt, as well as butters and ham and cheese, and eggs. We managed to not only eat a great breakfast each day but also to have lunch from the supplied bread and ham and butter. This went above and beyond our expectations - and it was a huge plus, because it is a rural area and a drive would be required to get to a bakery or to town. We also really enjoyed the bathrobes, the very comfortable bed, and the lovely linens on the bed. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The water pressure excellent and lots of hot water.

We had a great time in this nice and very well-equipped mobile home. It is conveniently located for discovering the landing beaches. The indoor and heated pool is lovely. Thanks again to Corinne for these little touches, delicious caramels from Isigny and a good bottle of cider. We'll be happy to go back to keep discovering this beautiful region.

We had a nice stay in Barneville! The accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome guests, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with small children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

A practical, well-equipped accommodation with sober decoration, ideally located on the port of Grandcamp, in a perfectly secure residence. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the beach...

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well-maintained and Marion is very responsive and helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the bath or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it's just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

Aurélie's place is very well arranged, bright, spacious, tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing. The location in the heart of this small village of La Hague is perfect for hiking. Beaumont Hague is quickly accessible for larger shops. Aurélie is a very pleasant host, responsive and with good advice. We had a great time with the family.

I had read the reviews of previous guests and thought: hmm, a little exaggeration can't hurt, but you have to stay moderate. Now that I'm writing a review for Claire myself, I know there was no exaggeration. Claire's hospitality and sincerity radiate from her smile, and the accommodation and location are simply excellent. One of the tips we got from Claire for a getaway I'd like to pass on: definitely go to the market in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue on Saturday! There, an hour also takes 60 minutes, but time seems to run differently. And for Claire: luckily you forgot your glasses, otherwise we would have missed that wonderful moment together.

A lovely apartment right in the centre of Carteret with views over the quay and estuary. Clean, well appointed and close to a great Boulanger/patisserie for breakfast croissants etc.. We walked and cycled mainly, the views over the sea and coastline are magnificent. Would definitely recommend it!

A warm little cocoon in a beautiful setting. We had a few perfect days at this little house facing the sea in a peaceful and relaxing setting. We'll be back!!
