Vacation rentals with a patio in Dunean

The accommodations were great. Just as described by the property owner on AirBnB The layout is very open. The closets are huge. The kitchen had more items than I’m used to seeing in an AirBnB kitchen; spices, cooking oils, storage containers & foil. Very useable kitchen for a quiet night in. There is an upscale Food Lion within walking distance & a CVS pharmacy around the corner that stays open late (even the pharmacy). The location is just 5-8 minutes from downtown Greenville and a very easy drive. We were attending a wedding & reception that was near Travelers Rest but chose Greenville because of everything to do & everything so close by. Christopher was very responsive to a couple text that I had. And is taking care of mailing me my keys that I left in one of the drawers that his cleaning staff reported finding (before I even noticed). I really apprectate Christopher’s help resolving this. Will definitely book with Christopher again next time I’m in Greenville. 5 Stars

I could not have had a better experience! Jackie was warm and friendly. She made sure we felt safe and secure in her home. I would highly recommend her Airbnb. It was cozy with the loveliest decor. Very clean and comfortable. It looks just like the pics describe. Jackie made herself available to us and proactively checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Had to travel down to Greenville for work and wanted to stay outside of the city. So glad I found this space! Super clean, cute, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be looking to book again on my next trip down!

I stayed here with my daughters for a soccer tournament in the area. Location was great, close to many places. The apartment was clean. We would stay there again.

Our stay was perfect! My husband and I decided to get an Airbnb with a pool for the weekend. Within moments of booking, Mark responded with a friendly hello. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described and he had a very nice welcome basket with snacks and even drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy! The game room was awesome and full of games. We played with an 80’s arcade game machine, shot pool, shuffle board, ping pong and darts. There were board games too and the porch was absolutely beautiful, especially at night!!! We’ve decided to visit again in June and can’t wait! Thank you Mark and Candy for a very fun and relaxing weekend away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

This our second stay here and it was as good as the first. Gear6 is very quick and responsive if we had questions. Unit was as pictured-very clean/nice! It’s very accessible to downtown Greenville by car or Uber. There is a fabulous restaurant (Mill City Kitchen/Wine) in the Mill with amazing food and wine. There is also a brewery, event space and small market. Very nice unit/stay! Would definitely book this again!…Until next time!

The home was clean and in a great location with close access to downtown, which was a big plus. It was simple and had the essentials—no frills, but it got the job done for our stay.

I stayed here for a month. It is a quiet area and I felt safe. I slept well in the bed. It is pretty close to downtown Greenville, so there are plenty of restaurants near by. When I first arrived, I noticed the dishwasher was not working. I notified Dawn, and she had a handman there that day to fix it. I would consider staying here again

Kasey was great throughout our stay. She helped accommodate a late check out and provided all information needed. The home was very clean and comfortable for our team!

The house was lovley, everything you would need, thank you for all the snacks, lovley meeting your mum , who came out of her way to bring hairdryer straighteners and hair tongs, the house was so clean , and had a lovley fresh smell, greenville was a lovely place to visit, we had a family wedding , wish we could of stayed longer, highly recommend 😀

Welcoming and will stay again

Great stay, 1 mile or less drive to downtown. Cozy home. I absolutely LOVED the history lesson about the home. It gives you a greater appreciation for the place. If & when you book your stay, be sure to take a quick moment to read up on it as well.

This was our second stay with Jason at the Beehive and we loved it just as much this time. It's the location for us. The entirety of downtown is available by foot. We haven't had a car both times and never had to look for something to do. The access to Reedy River Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail makes this a wonderful stay for us.

Beautiful place

The condo was perfect for our short stay. It’s a very short walk to The Well for events and convenient for walking to N Main St for dinner. Clean, comfortable and the balcony is perfect for sitting out and enjoying some air.

Great and responsive host, Airbnb was in great condition.

Location is great! We walked everywhere, from the excellent Indy bookstore across the street to the Greenville Drive minor league baseball field. The condo is alongside an alley. I heard HVAC units going off and on at night and a garbage truck emptying the nearby dumpster. My partner heard nothing that interrupted his sleep. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware. We chose the place because our dog could stay with us and because downtown Greenville is entirely walkable from here, and we were glad for both of these things.
