Welkom in ons "Tiny House" Buitenpost in Abcoude. Het gezellige huisje ligt in een uniek Hollands landschap, dichtbij Amsterdam. Natuurgenieters kunnen bij ons hun hart ophalen. Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

A wonderful private Studio on the ground floor. It has a spacious, light room with a double bed, a sofa and a (work)table. It has a private frontdoor, an entrance/hallway and a private bathroom. Enjoy the sun on the bench in the front garden. My wife and I live next-door: the connecting door is locked to guarantee privacy. An intimate and quiet street in the lively Amsterdam East. Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
