Es war einfach wunderbar! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben letztendlich drei Monate dort gewohnt! Einmal hatten wir kein Backpapier, ich hatte nachgefragt, ob sie uns aushelfen können. Was konnten Sie und am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine ganze Packung vor der Tür liegen. Wirklich aufmerksam. Dies und viele weitere freundliche Gesten machten diesen Aufenthalt wirklich zu einem zweiten zu Hause. Es ist auch super kinderfreundlich. Was soll ich sagen, würden wir nicht in den Nachbarschaft wohnen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 😉

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Es gibt nur eine Toilette, ansonsten alles super und ein total netter Austausch mit der Besitzerin. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

Wie immer war alles super

Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt. Ich werde mich ganz sicher noch oft bei Svenja einbuchen. Das Haus war toll weihnachtlich geschmückt und die Kommunikation mit Svenja war wirklich exzellent! Ich kann nur eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen. Wer nach Moers möchte hat die Bushaltestelle fußläufig, ebenso das Zentrum von Schwafheim mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und für mich besonders wichtig, auch das AWO Seniorenzentrum liegt nur 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

It was an absolute dream staying in Jochen’s flat. Communication was excellent, he was very helpful, and answered all of our questions. We hope to stay in the Terrace again someday soon!

Mooi ingericht appartement en alles was fris & schoon. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en de badkamer was schoon en prima handdoeken. De buitenruimte viel ten opzichte van de beschrijving wat tegen: je kon daar niet met 2 personen zitten omdat er geen stoelen stonden. Wel prettig uitzicht en in de zomer heerlijk koel! Bettina is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll gestaltet. Irene ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die mich sehr herzlich und warm empfangen hat.

Ist eine echt schöne Wohnung. Check-In ging unproblematisch und persönlich. Der Bruder des Wohnungsinhabers war sehr nett. Es gab kalte Getränke und Süßigkeiten. Das Schlafsofa war bequem und es war sauber. Das einzige Manko: Das W-Lan hat nicht getan. Da wir das erst nachts getestet haben, haben wir aber keinen Kontakt mehr aufgenommen. Wir sind morgens früh los. Wahrscheinlich hätte sich eine Lösung gefunden.

Die Unterkunft von Anna-Maria hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist total schön und war super sauber. Besonders praktisch war, dass jedes der zwei Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hatte. Anna-Maria ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden bei Bedarf auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft übernachten 😊

Great place, I love the plants and the sunshine pouring in through the balcony windows. The place is beautifully kept and Claudie and her husband are kind and attentive hosts. Thoroughly recommend, I’ll be booking it again when I return!

Hatte eine angenehme Zeit in der Wohnung, die Anna war immer erreichbar und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut organisiert, sodass nichts gefehlt hat. Komme gerne wieder.

Doro ist eine super Gastgeberin. Stets darauf bedacht, dass es einem an Nichts fehlt. Wir können Doro und die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Man fühlt sich in dieser schönen Umgebung sofort Zuhause. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Doro und ihre Familie. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder!!!!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und super komfortabel! Kommunikation war schnell und einfach! + flexible Zeiten für Check- In und Out! Sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment is very modern, clean and has an amazing view which makes it very attractive. Henok is very friendly and organised. He planned all I needed for my stay and everything went very smoothly. It was a business trip for me but hopefully next time I will enjoy the city more. Thank you very much Henok!

A casa da Pietra é linda, aconchegante e super bem localizada. Para quem gosta de cozinhar, o apartamento é perfeito! Passamos dias maravilhosos em Dusserdorf.

Ich habe die Tage in Kathis & Marcels Unterkunft sehr genossen. Es Check-in hätte besser nicht sein können, da man komplett ungebunden über einen Schlüsselkasten den Zutritt erhält und die Wohnung war perfekt, besonders für mich, die aus dem Remote arbeitet und viel Tageslicht als auch eine Möglichkeit braucht sich mit Laptop am Tisch breit zu machen. Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und on top eine wirklich gute Kaffeemaschine. Habe den Weitblick und den Lichteinfall beim Sonnenuntergang auch sehr genossen. Toller Service 👌🏼

Wonderful stay! It was way to find and matched the photos. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the decor, made me feel right at home. Easy to get to any transit options and less than 2 miles from the HBF to catch trains. Would recommend!

Regine's Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the space. Regine and Arne were fantastic hosts - their responsiveness was excellent, and they were always so nice and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome. The apartment itself was wonderfully cozy, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail evident in every corner. It's clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. We highly recommend Regine's place for anyone looking for a spotless, charming, and welcoming stay!
