You have a nice bathing platform in front of the house as well as wide natural beaches nearby. A several kilometer long path along the seaside invites to a relaxed walk or a jogging round.

The apartment is newly renovated, spacious and consists of two bedrooms. The apartment benefits from a lovely terrace for guests sole use which is a relative rarity in Dubrovnik. Within the garden our guests can use the garden tables for some al fresco dining, a garden swing, hammock and BBQ. This is a great apartment for guests that want to stay in a quiet, private apartment away from the endless hustle and bustle of the old town but still within a five minute walk of the old town entrance

It is situated in the center of Dubrovnik, close to Dubrovnik Cable car and Old Town Entrance - Buža, but in very quite and sunny neighborhood. This lovely apartment is located only 5minutes walking distance from Old town and 10 minutes walk from most popular beach in Dubrovnik Banje. Numerous restoraunts, bars, groceries, pharmacies are 5minutes walk. Bus station for Cavtat is in front of it.

In towns like Dubrovnik, which used to even be under sieges for period of time, water was essential resource. It was used for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, for animals. Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
