Light and Modern Apartment in the Old Town

Let the sun pour into this charming stone house that's been in the same family for over 200 years. It's been newly and stylishly renovated with modern furniture and the latest conveniences, yet still has reminders of its old world heritage. Apartment is situated by the Northern part of the Old Town Dubrovnik. It is on the slope and because of this it has magnificent view and lot of sun. Thanks to its central location, everything is within an easy two minute walk, to include shops, cafés, terraces, beaches, the Old Town Harbour, but still in quiet area which provides calm and relaxing haven. This beautiful stone house that has been a home to our family for more then 2 centuries was just renovated this year, carefully designed, taking into account functionality and comfort. Thanks to its central location, everything is within an easy two minute walk, to include shops, cafés, terraces, beaches, the Old Town Harbour but still in quit area which provides calm and relaxing haven after exploring the remnants of Dubrovnik’s rich history. Apartment consists of 2 floors which are connected with internal stone stairs. On the first floor is beautiful bedroom with bathroom while on the second floor is nicely decorated living room and kitchen where you will find all necessary appliances including dishwasher. We strive to provide all necessary amenities to our guests such as air-condition in all the rooms, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, satellite tv, WI-FI internet and sound-proof windows.We can provide baby cot as well as per your request. We are pleased to welcome you as our guests and will do our best to ensure that your holiday will be beautiful and unforgettable. We will be at your disposal for any queries you might have. Villa del Mar is based in the prime location of Dubrovnik named St. Jakob. Its very quiet with no noise of the traffic but only 15 minute by walk to the old town and 5 minutes by walk to the beach. The view from the main terrace is exceptional and will take your breath away. On 100 m2 with two bed rooms, living room, fully equipted kitchen, two terrace, big bath room, free street parking , and a big mediteranean garden you will find the write place for your vacation. I would say pure Hedonism.

Palma Ragusa 1 apartment

Vesna was the perfect host and we had the best time in her apartment. It is small but beautifully decorated and the perfect size for 2 people, well equipt with everything we needed for our stay. It's an ideal location for getting into old town easily, in less than 5 minutes. The apartment is up quite a lot of steps and feels really secluded from the madness of old town. It's also easy to reach the other towns surrounding via bus or taxi. Vesna was a great host, really accommodating and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again if we ever end up in Dubrovnik again! Thank you Vesna! :)

Lots of steps but so worth it to get to the place. Everything was amazing from the view to amenities. Host was super friendly and was very helpful with suggestions on where to go or eat. Felt at home and welcome. I wish we had more time. It was so peaceful with beautiful views all around. Defintely a place filled with positive vibes. Hands down one of our favourite AirBnB. Parking was a little tricky but when in Europe! We parked like the locals on the sidewalk/street, and it was not an issue at all. We had water and other beverages available to us in addition to everything needed to make tea/coffee or cook. Felt like a slice of paradise and home. Very safe space. Easy walk to Old Town and to discover things around.

Vesna is a really friendly host! The apartment is just as described, we especially liked to use the terrace in the evening. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The old town of Dubrovnik is just a short walk away. Because the apartment is not in the old town, there is no noise at night. The airconditioning works well and can cool the entire apartment in a few minutes. We would like to thank Vesna for the warm welcome and suggestions on what to do in the area! I can recommend this apartment to everyone looking for a quiet and comfortable space to stay when visiting Dubrovnik.

Wouah, quel lieu incroyable ! L'emplacement est juste exceptionnel, pins, cigales, vue, tranquillité, simplicité. Cet un lieu "hors du temps". Nous avons été très bien accueilli, en toute simplicité et cool attitude par Mario. Okuklje est un tout petit village typique et sympathique. Quand a l'ile de Mjlet, elle est magnifique. Je recommande vivement Difficile de quitter un tel endroit !
