Without a doubt Miranda and Anton are the best Airbnb hosts we have ever met. They are welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit and restuarants to eat at that we would never have thought of. The Villa is traditionally Croatian and has many interesting features. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is everything you need in the kitchen. It is older but that adds to the charm. A car is essential as there are no areas to go walking but the sea at the front door more than makes up for it. Steps down to the rocky shoreline enables you to snorkel swim, kayak, paddleboard or just relax on a lounger. We had an amazing holiday thanks to our wonderful hosts. There is something about this Villa that draws you back....I hope we can return some day.

Dom jest położony na końcu małej urokliwej nadmorskiej wioski Broce tuż przy morzu. Jest tutaj bezpośredni dostęp do morza,kilka metrów od domu. Dom ma niepowtarzalny klimat, dostępny jest taras, leżaki, stoły z parasolem ogrodowym grill, rowery górskie, kajaki oraz deski do pływania.Miejsce jest klimatyczne, spokojne,urocze. Można tu odpocząć i zrelaksować się.

Great Airbnb and location by the beautiful coastline. The apartment itself is minimal but it’s a great value.

What a beautiful, magical place. The waterfront villa was exactly what we wanted…direct access to the sea meant plenty of jumping, diving, snorkelling and swimming right from the villa waterfront edge. The views and sunsets are spectacular..I was so sorry to leave. Yes, it’s a drive to anywhere, (shops, bars, restaurants ) but the tranquility of this villla is absolutely worth it. As a family the villa worked brilliantly..for sleeping, our 3 teenage boys were upstairs and we were downstairs but configurations can vary… It was well equipped for outdoor dining. Many different balconies, areas to sit. I could sit for hours and watch the boats go past. We even had a boat pick us up from the waterfront for a days exploration of the islands…a memory we will never forget, The hosts were amazingly attentive, best ever, nothing was too much trouble.… I highly recommend this villa…it holds a special place in our hearts.. So glad I have photos to remind me of that view Amazing.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso Vacation House More, ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Dal momento del mio arrivo, Lenci e Marin hanno fatto di tutto per garantire il nostro comfort e la mia soddisfazione, sempre dispobili e gentili. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per vivere, i negozi nella locality vicina a soli 4 min di macchina e città di Dubrovnic a 40 min di macchina. La posizione privilegiata sulla spiaggia ha reso questa vacanza indimenticabile, terrazza con vista al mare che permetteva ammirare il panorama,non vedo l'ora di tornare. Altamente raccomandato!

Castri illius maris is a beautiful house with lovely surroundings. Ivan and Antonela are perfect hosts who has helped us create a truly memorable vacation.

Its a very authentic Croatian cottage situated in the beautiful country side, the hosts are very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The children really enjoyed the pool and the "cowboy room" as we named it ! Its a very peaceful and secluded destination the nearest shops are a 25 minuet drive away through beautiful mountain roads. We would like to thank Maro, Nico, Anna and steve for making our stay unforgettable the tomatoes, figs and wine were superb

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit mit der Familie, unsere Kinder konnten bis spät nachts im beleuchteten Pool baden, ohne Rücksicht auf Nachbarn nehmen zu müssen. Alle Zimmer mit einwandfrei funktionierender Klimaanlage (sehr leise). Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, wohnt 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt und ist in unserer Urlaubswoche ein einziges Mal gekommen, um im Maschinenraum des Pools die technische Chlor-Anlage zu prüfen und hat sich vorher bei uns angemeldet und den Termin mit uns abgesprochen (kein Überraschungs-Besuch). Ideale Unterkunft, um Ruhe zu genießen. Es gibt eine Hauskatze (für unsere Kinder ein schönes Highlight) aber wenn man die füttert, kommen weitere Katzen hinzu. Das war kein Problem für uns, aber vielleicht ein Problem für jemanden, der eine Katzenhaar-Allergie hat. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait chez Ivona ! Le logement est spacieux, impeccablement propre et idéalement équipé pour un groupe d'amis ou couples. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna ont rendu notre week-end inoubliable. Ivona nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, avec de délicieuses spécialités locales à notre arrivée, un geste qui nous a énormément touchés. Elle a été extrêmement réactive et attentionnée tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés !

Wij waren met z'n 5en en hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in deze accommodatie. Het voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, schoon, ruim en heel compleet. Er was overal aan gedach. Het huis ligt in een rustige omgeving,(20 min vanaf het dichtstbijzijnde dorpje), maar hierdoor heb je na een dag op pad geweest te zijn wel je privacy en een heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.

La maison est très fonctionnelle. La vue sur les montagnes est absolument superbe et le coin est très reposant. Nous avons bien profiter de la piscine. La maison étant située dans les montagnes, elle est un peu loin de tout. Nikša est un hôte très accueillant et de bon conseil.

Villa Planika was superb. The accommodation space and the terrace, pool and sea access were extremely appreciated. Everything was exactly as per description and photos. The villa is located in a quiet area of the coast north east of Dubrovnik, but within an easy drive to the main busy areas. We found plenty of beach coves, restaurants and retreats to visit. Our hosts Tereza and Ivica were friendly and very responsive to our needs - particularly the flexible check-in and check-out which was highly appreciated with our flight logistics. They really helped with ideas of places to visit, but also attentive for the villa - the apple strudel was a real hit with the whole family. We were a family of four with kids aged 3 and 10, who both really enjoyed the spacious areas to play in, and climbing over the rocks by the sea. And of course the hammock and swing chair! We will return when the weather is slightly warmer and less windy!, but otherwise we had a wonderful trip. Thank you.

This apartment is on the lower floor, the owners live above. Very peaceful with a great view of the mountains and historic wall from the porch. Only a couple of steps to get to the apartment. A short walk takes you to a building before the fort with two excellent restaurants; the one closest to the fort can arrange an oyster tour with a boat - highly recommended!

We arrived early but were well welcomed. We went food shopping and walked around Stone to return to an available, clean and ready place for us. The place was spotless and comfortable. Everything worked well (shower presseure, AC...) except the frizer wasn't very cold. The place is spacious and we enjoyed the outside seating area. There is a small pebble bay where we could swim. I wouldn't call it a beach but it was very close (walk 1 min.) and the water was refreshing and clean. Perfect at the end of a hot day. Only three restaurants near by but there is another small town (3-5 min drive with paid parking) that has a Tommy store and many touristic restaurants. We had a nice stay and reccomend it to someone that wants a place away from the crowd.

Great stay at Damir & Fani’s. The location is great to explore Ston, the peninsula or even to get to Bosnia. The patio in front of the apartment was a great plus! Check-in was made extremely friendly by Fani’s warm welcome! Small kitchen is very handy and equipped.

I highly recommend staying as a family at Villa Dube! We stayed a family of four (parents and two kids aged 2 and 4) in the bungalow at Villa Dube for 5 days during July. It was a very pleasant stay. Anita had been quick and easy to communicate with throughout the whole planning period, and we were greeted and cared for during our stay very warmly by both Anita and her parents, who are most kind people. The bungalow was just perfect for us - small, but very practical with a carefully considered interior design and cosy. Outside, we had a terrace and the big shared garden with a play house, that our kids loved, some swings, and the small pool. The little village of Slano is just a 10-15 min. walk away with plenty of restaurants and multiple - mostly stoney - beaches. In the other direction of Villa Dube are nicer beaches that also offer some shadow under the trees. We recommend that you go on the Sunset Boat Tour lasting approx. 2 hours departing at 7.30 PM from the harbour of Slano - nice crew and views of the bay and sunset. The tour includes a drink. We combined our stay with a day-trip to Dubrovnik, and were happy that we - as a family with small kids - decided to have our base outside of Dubrovnik and visit it this way instead. Slano and Villa Dube constitute a very fine place to spend your vacation, both for staying for some laid-back days but also as a base for exploring the coast around Dubrovnik if you have a car.

Un excellent séjour à Slano ! Le logement était impeccable, un jolie vue mer pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Le lit est très grand et très confortable ! Et l’hôte très amicale, merci pour votre accueil !

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotless, and the views were absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent hospitality.
