My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Martina was an energetic and helpful host. We arrived on a very rainy day and she was available to help with check-in and extra instructions on how to make our stay enjoyable despite the weather. She also made the sauna available to us even though we had not originally booked it. We made a mistake on which keys to take with us when exiting the cabin and locked ourselves out - Martina was available by phone to help us get back inside. Overall a very pleasant stay and the cabin has lots of lovely little details that add to the ambience. We were even greeted with fresh wildflowers. Thank you Martina!

We had a very good time in Ivana's house. The four bedrooms are well equipped. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a terrace. The two lower bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. The pool and hot tub were great and we were able to use both. The kitchen is very well equipped and Ivana had prepared snacks and coffee for us. Unfortunately, there was no grill, but a fireplace that could be grilled, which we used. The house is in a quiet residential area, so not a place for loud parties. We felt very comfortable and had a great place to explore the area and enjoy our short break.

The cottage is very rustic but super cosy. Expect to go almost off grid as there is no internet and sporadic mobile. However we loved this as a family and embraced playing board games & snowy walks. Modra is a brilliant little town with great restaurants and a wine vending machine that was very handy. Juraj and his family were incredible hosts, feeding us on Christmas Eve and bringing local wine for us as well as offering lots of local recommendations. Thank you for a magical Christmas holiday.
