Monthly Rentals in Dubai Marina

Thank you. The place is great — I think it was recently renovated because everything inside the apartment looks new. It has a balcony, which I really liked, with a great view especially during the sunset. The apartment is located at JBR Beach, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a market inside the building with many other markets and pharmacies nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Our host Alexander was very responsive to our messages and he was very supportive to make our stay pleasant. One thing to note is that the car parking space is a bit tight for long cars Overall the experience was good, thank you!

Nice little apartment as an option for taying in Dubai. Great location, just at the beginning of JBR beach, so it is easy to walk around.

The location is excellent — just a short walk to the metro, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s a very convenient area for both business and leisure travelers. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. Nikola was fantastic — very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking and stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was absolutely incredible! The views are breathtaking — especially from the balcony, which was the perfect spot to relax day or night. The location couldn’t be better: right on the Marina, with a supermarket downstairs and Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7 just steps away. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was fantastic — super responsive and helpful throughout. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!
