Apartamento no Dubai, downtown junto ao imponente Burj Khalifa. O apartamento é maravilhoso, igualzinho e até melhor do que nas fotos, super limpo e organizado, com arrumação e limpeza todos os dias, a localização é mais que perfeita, alguns segundos para o Navat (que fazem um kebab…), 1 minuto para Dubai Fountains, 2 minutos para a porta do Burj Khalifa (que também pode ser visto a partir da varanda do apartamento mesmo),3 minutos para o Dubai Mall, 4 minutos para outros comércios, mercados, barzinhos, o fogo do chão, estação de metrô e farmácias bem próximos e tudo caminhando mesmo! O check in e check out sem burocracia. A anfitriã, Dee é nota 1000!!!! Sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, responde todas as dúvidas rapidamente e sugere outras opções de sítios turísticos e para diversão também! Amamos a estadia e de certeza que voltaremos a nos hospedar consigo Dee!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well located with a beautiful view from the balcony over the beach. There were beach restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. The apartment was fully appointed and easy to settle into and the concierges were friendly and helpful al the time. Christian was always available if needed and we encountered no problems. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.

Fernando was a great host. He provided a crib for my 6 month old even though it was not listed as part of his home initially. the unit is one of the nicest and cleanest units I have seen in dubai. the view is outstanding and the building amenities excellent. I would, definitely stay again. thank you Fernando

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

The place was great and Ali was very responsive, excellent location near the canal and Dubai mall. The Apartment is a building with great facilities.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Alisa et John. Ils ont été d’agréables hôtes. La vue de l’appartement sur le centre-ville est super. Le métro est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs commerces aux alentours. Il y a une chambre de bain à même la chambre. Une belle piscine sur le toit nous permet de nous détendre après une longue journée de visites. Je recommanderais sûrement cet endroit à mes amis.

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

One of the best apartments that I visited in downtown. So many small details that’s host take care of, good hair dryer in both bathrooms dry shampoo and a lot of other small things in kitchen. That’s showing you that they rly take care of guest, I will definitely comeback if I would be needed apartments in downtown

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this apartment in Dubai. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — a perfect spot for a short city break. What truly made our stay even better was the incredible hospitality we received from Abdul. He was always available, super helpful, and went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed during our time there. It’s rare to come across such kind and reliable service. Ho trascorso 14 giorni fantastici nell’alloggio di Maha! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La zona è tranquilla e ben collegata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare i dintorni. Maha è stata un’host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Mi sono sentito davvero a casa.
