Our stay was great. The home was cozy and peaceful. It felt calm and serene, simple but had everything we needed. Perfect location for driving distance for things we needed to do. Rafael was above and beyond with communication. He responded promptly with every question I had and he was super cool about everything. His home had a loving satisfying feel to it and it made you feel so relaxed, as if you were in your own home. I'm definitely staying there again when I can get back to Atlanta.

I highly recommend this airbnb! It was clean, comfy, and spacious. The neighborhood is great. The unit was well-decorated and had a peaceful, fenced backyard. We walked to the Battery for the Braves game and it was just over 1 mile.

Our stay was great from beginning to end! Cameron was understanding when we ended up checking in later than anticipated. He also had water in the bowl for our pets, and had set up a high chair and pack-n-play for our daughter, which was very helpful after arriving late. The space was clean and well stocked. It’s also conveniently located to parks, stores, attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta!

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

great place, responsive attentive hosts that were very god communicators but also I had my privacy! It was a basement apartment so it felt like my own bat cave (which i loved). Great neighborhood. There are quirks and they are clear about those in the listing. would book again!

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

This lovely cottage is in the perfect location, close to Grant Park and the Zoo, and is an easy drive to amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a great backyard, is in a peaceful neighborhood and backs onto an urban garden/park which was a perfect place to walk my pup. The house itself is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The description of the property was perfect, the instructions to find and enter the house were spot on and the hosts were great communicators, and responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend this spot, and hope to be back when I next visit Atlanta, if it is available!

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Great location, quiet and convenient. Publix a short walk, along with restaurants and other points of interest. Parking was accessible. Did not enjoy the amenities of the building but nice to have.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

Andrew and Mallory are amazing communicators. More importantly they are kind and clearly extremely intelligent people... always with a smile, and ready to do all they can to make the Airstream experience memorable and seemless. And even if they didn't have the additional, 3 amenities: Wood-fired hot tub, small round pool, and a sauna in their delightful garden oasis, I still would want to stay with them, happily paying the very reasonable cost per night. Just minutes to downtown Atlanta, yet feeling that your under the stars in the countryside! The care and thoughtfulness that went into their Airnbnb accommodation creation is unambiguous. Nancy's place was perfect for my extended work stay. The location is ideal with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The space itself is very comfortable, clean and private. I would definitely book Nancy's place again.

we loved this place! great location and nice area. We were a little thrown off that on the other side of the double doors was another room/housing area. that was my fault for not reading the listing correctly. We were bothered by it the whole weekend thankfully. host was great! we will be back to stay when we come to ATL.

Birdsong is everything I needed it to be. Couldn’t be better located in the heart of Virginia-Highland neighborhood, which I fell madly in love with. So walkable and peaceful. Love, love this area! Dee Anne is a gracious host and the place was accurately depicted. Private and quiet—a perfect place to work during the day and enjoy the walkable neighborhood and restaurants in the evening. The Plaza movie theater is with a brief walk and tons of delightful restaurants nearby. The Publix grocery store is also a short drive away. I was very happy to have an off-street designated parking space for my car. And the place lives up to its name with beautiful bird song going on during the day, while I worked in the available home office. I hope I have another opportunity to return to this lovely home again soon. Everyone was very responsive and friendly. Dee Anne welcomed me when I arrived and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Nyja’s perfect Airbnb, and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Atlanta! The location is idyllic…so close to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. The bed is insanely comfortable, the apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated, and Nyja is the absolute BEST host! 100% recommend this place. You won’t regret it! :)

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

I have stayed at the cottage oasis on multiple occasions. It is my first choice in Atlanta and I will stay there if it is available. Private entrance, secure, quiet, no shared walls, across the street from Piedmont Park, just a few blocks from restaurants, bars, Trader Joe’s, and other amenities. Perfect studio. Washer and dryer were convenient given I was there for over a week. Large bathroom, fully functional kitchen. Very responsive hosts who always make me feel welcome.
