Το Meteora Shelter I βρίσκεται κάτω ακριβώς από το μοναστήρι της Αγίας Τριάδας και μπροστά από τον τεράστιο βράχο του Άλσου, με εκπληκτική θέα. Είναι ένας πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χώρος που περιλαμβάνει έργα σύγχρονης τέχνης φιλοτεχνημένα από την καλλιτέχνιδα Μαγδαληνή Θεοδώρου. Από εδώ ξεκινάει μονοπάτι για τα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

Ο χώρος βρισκεται στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης, στην Ασκληπιου και 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία.
