Excellent place to stay for our weekend in Kyle. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed for our weekend. Great communication and helpful instructions.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

Thos is a fantastic place. Exactly as described - clean, cute, quiet, private - and Michaelangelo is a super host - friendly and communicative. I highly recommend!

I was looking for a quiet place close to where I wanna work out with an easy short ride to work and this was a perfect place. I’ll stay there again.

Lovely condo exactly as pictured. Plenty of kitchen items. Great location with accessibility to the best parts of Austin. Clear instructions on entry and house rules. Two parking spaces right in front of the unit. Definitely recommend, especially for those seeking a longer stay.

Great location close to restaurants, shops, etc in the Bee Cave area. What was most important to me as I was in town for a family emergency was how Dayna helped me extend my stay. Her responsiveness and help was exceptional. I would highly recommend this host without reservation.

nice location and very nice apartment

I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

Brett’s place was ideal! The perfect place to hang out, relax, work from, and go out into Austin when needed. I travel a lot and this home was one of the best in terms of comfort, location and price. Everything is up to date and makes you feel at home vs a cookie cutter rental. Will be coming back soon.

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

Great location for a weekend in Austin!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Stephanie was an absolutely wonderful host—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. She made everything smooth from check-in to check-out, always quick to reply and genuinely helpful with any questions I had. The place itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It felt like a true home away from home—cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in every way. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cute place, and awesome location!!

Christopher’s place was fantastic. Clean and close to all the local places we wanted to travel to. Proximity to the pool is great as well!

This place was perfect with a beautiful view of the river. It was clean and the furniture layout was great. The appliances in the kitchen definitely could use some updating, but they all worked well. Next time I’m in New Braunfels I will definitely see if it is available.

by far Georgia was the best host ever so hospitable so friendly so proactive to tell me about restaurants nearby and things to do. she went out of her way to make homemade cookies to welcome her and proactively was attentive to our needs and wants. by far so clean so beautiful so peaceful I loved every little bit of the experience I had there with my daughter it truly was a beautiful experience very well worth it and we got to see deer around the property other animals on the other side of the fence it was just beautiful and breathtaking. I strongly advise and encourage people to enjoy themselves here and the bed is just comfortable like no other the bathroom Tip Top with anything you could possibly need super clean same for the kitchen sadly we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub but it was very beautiful.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. We were able to use the pool, gym and other community areas. It was just a quick 10 min drive to downtown. Drew was quick to respond whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

A beautiful getaway for a weekend in hill country. Kathleen was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there!

We made this reservation last minute and Walt and Sandi were very responsive and accommodating. This second floor apartment is very nice. Great layout and super comfy. It's also a very short drive to restaurants and stores. Great location.
