Monthly Rentals in Dresden-Neustadt

Close to Dresden Neüstadt train station. Quiet neighborhood, the buildings with a lot of graffiti which makes it look a bit neglected. Restaurants nearby, good service from bus routes and Transvías.

We felt very comfortable in the cozy vaulted cellar! It has everything you need and is really creatively designed. Great corner of Dresden with many cafes, restaurants, organic shops, a great cinema and in close proximity to public transport. Free parking right outside the door. We would stay again any time! A very big thank you to our warm and flexible hosts!

Very nice, very clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Very easy to find.

We stayed for a short stay in the apartment GRACE. The apartment is very well equipped. You can take the S-Bahn, which is less than 10 minutes' walk, to the city center. We will be happy to come back for another stay
