My flat can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and an extra bed can also accommodate up to 8/9 people. I have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. In the blue room an additional air bed can be provided for 2 people. It is the larger room with a couch, projector & screen. In the orange room there is a 1.60 m double bed and a 1.40 m wide loft bed. Since the ceiling height is not very high, I like to offer this bed as a single bed, but even in this one you can easily sleep in pairs.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Cozy idyll near the trendy Neustadt district

Your temporary home! 😊 You will stay in my family-friendly furnished 2-room old building apartment (67 sqm). In addition to the combined living/bedroom with bed (140 cm bed) and couch, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, as well as a single bed with 80 cm width in the bed box. So you don't have to do without the family bed even on vacation. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with a gas grill.

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Welcome to our cozy studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a villa in the Prussian Quarter. The apartment has a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 + bed linens), TV, Wi-Fi, a small kitchen with all the important cooking utensils, a cozy breakfast area by the window, bathroom with shower (towels are provided), blinds to darken the windows.
