Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Unsere Wohnung liegt MITTENDRIN. Direkte Nähe zur Elbe mit dem wunderbaren Elbradweg. Neben der Sehenswürdigkeit Pfunds Molkerei und der Haltestelle für Stadtrundfahrten direkt vor dem Haus. Von der Wohnung aus ist Dresden fußläufig leicht zu erkunden. Oder aber du mietest ein Fahrrad und genießt die Landschaft und die vielen Restaurants und Biergärten in den Elbauen. Falls du mit dem Auto anreist, haben wir einen kostenlosen und sicheren Tiefgaragenstellplatz für dich!

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
