Flott innredet leilighet i fredelige omgivelser.

Lys og delikat innredet leilighet. Bygd opp som en hotell suite,med stue, soverom med kjøkkenkrok,stor dusj og bad. Her kan man slappe av i rolige og landlige omgivelser. Det er en stor dobbeltseng og sprinkelseng. Risør,Kragerø og Tvedestrand er kun 40 minutter unna med bil. Om sommeren kan man oppsøke noen av Gjerstads fine badeplasser som Sandåkerhølen eller Kleivvann. Det er også kort vei for de som liker langrenn og på Gautefall kan man renne nedover. Jaktterreng kan leies gjennom Statskog

Hytta er jevnt over bra utstyrt med bland annet smarthus, varmepumpe og jacuzzi for 6 personer. Hytta ligger ca 2,5 timer fra Oslo, ca 1t og 45min fra Kristiansand dyrepark, 30 min fra Kragerø og 45 min fra Porsgrunn. Enjoy the Norwegian outdoor activities winter and summer. This location is perfect for cozy family time in the rolling mountains of southern Norway. The area is friendly and perfect for alpine and cross country skiing during winter, and hiking and biking activities during summer. The cabin is located just next to Gautefall ski center; The ski center is open throughout Christmas, every day in weeks 7, 8 and 9, and all of Easter. Outside of this, it is only open Friday-Sunday.

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Medbring drikkevann(20l drikkevann er på hytta), Kjøleskap, fryser og komfyr på gass. Belysning og lademuligheter gjennom 12v solcelleanlegg. Peis med gratis ved. Båt er inkludert, men ha med egne redningsvester. Gratis fiske etter ørret og abbor. Gode muligheter for bær- og soppsanking. Hytta må rengjøres ved avreise. Ta med eget sengetøy.

Nice apartment right by the slopes. Ideal for families with children and friends. The apartment is regularly used by us, so there will be some: Clothes in the wardrobes. Toothbrushes, etc. in bathroom cabinet. Food in the kitchen. Skis in storage room. Otherwise, you are free to use all facilities such as sleds and board games. There are 8 sleeping places, but we do not recommend to be 8 adults.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Utsikten over Hellefjorden var rett og slett magisk – det var som å våkne opp til et postkort hver morgen. Leiligheten var utrolig koselig og innbydende, perfekt for å slappe av. Vertene var vennlige og hjelpsomme, og vi følte oss hjemme fra første stund. Fantastisk udsigt til marker og søen, hvor vi svømmede. Stort og rummeligt hus med dejlig terasse. Hyggeligt med billiard og spil. Gode vandremuligheder i nærheden bl.a. på Lifjell. Muligheder for kano og kajakudlejning 10 km.derfra. Alt i alt en virkelig dejlig ferie.

We used the apartment as a base for rock climbing at Skarvann area, and it was perfect for us. Skarvann is 35 minutes away by car, there are shopping malls 5 min away and plenty of seaside restaurants in Kragerø 15 min away. The apartment has all amenities, convenient parking right outside the front door, and comfortable beds. It is in a rural and very quiet area. Rolf Magne is a very responsive host and we got answers to all our inquiries straight away. Would stay again.

Vi har leid hos Stian tidligere, leiligheten er fantastisk med alt man trenger. Nylig beliggenhet med gode solforhold og utsikt. Alltid god kommunikasjon med leietaker. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Vi havde 6 skønne dage i Magnus lejlighed over nytår. Lejligheden ligger helt perfekt i forhold til Gautefall Skicenter. Dejlig beliggenhed hvis man har børn og ønsker at være tæt på børnebakken. Lejligheden er lille og hyggelig og indeholder det mest nødvendige for en god ferie. Vi nød vores ophold og kommer gerne igen.

Flott liten leilighet rett ved barnebakken. Litt liten for en familie.. kun plass til 2-3 i sofaen.. men for å kun stå på ski hele dagen funket dette veldig fint.. hvis været var blitt dårlig ville det vart veldig trangt.

It is a very nice and convenient place to stay, everything you need is there, easy to find out, the flat is very well maintained and very clean. It is next to a hotel and the ski center, highly recommended. We unfortunately had to leave earlier but will look forward to another time. Many thanks to the hosts and all the best from both of us.

Vi koste oss veldig på dette stedet. Hanne som utleier er og anbefalte, god kommunikasjon og rask til og svare. Hadde med meg 3 barn og leiligheten med tilhørende barnebakke rett på utsiden og ballbinge i Etg over var barna i himmelen. Bakke for voksne er også rett ved, samt langrennsløper. Vi har vert her før og ønsker oss tilbake igjen.
