There is everything for a comfortable stay: appliances, furniture, dishes, high-speed internet (fiber optic), Wi-Fi. From the kitchen there is an exit to the terrace, where you can sit with friends or relax in a hammock chair. Also in the yard there is a barbecue with everything you need, free firewood, parking. We provide a set of disposable hygiene items, a minimum set of groceries. All windows have a mountain view, a river is nearby and a forest is a 5-minute walk away, two restaurants with karaoke, hookah, and a delicious menu.

Villa Polyana is a capital fenced two-story house in which: kitchen, fireplace hall, 4 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms, terrace. In the yard there is a place for parking a car, a barbecue. 50 m from the Polyana sanatorium and the pump room "Polyana Kwasovaya". View from the house to the mountains and the stream. Near the road to the forest. Shops, abank, a New Post office in a 3-minute walk. We are always glad to welcome guests of our house !🏔

More Osmolod is famous for what is the start for the numerous tourist routes of the Gorgans. The routes are well marked and have good places for a tourist holiday.
