Private toilet and bath in separate building with private entrance about 20 meters from the guest house. The home is without a kitchen. Possibility of either 1 double bed or 2 single beds. Access to lovely garden. Some traffic noise is to be expected. The home is only 12 km from Copenhagen City with a bus right outside the door to Copenhagen Airport and to the Metro to Copenhagen.

Best location at Køge Bay

This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking can be done both upstairs and downstairs in relation to the property.

The heart of the villa, which is the kitchen-living room, is newly renovated and with direct exit and view of the house's spacious garden. The villa has 4 beds divided into two rooms (see photos of daybed). It is possible to bring mattresses to the last room of the house or a tent to the garden. The garden contains a stone terrace where, among other things, a gas grill is located.

Here we are very concerned about cleaning. Cozy one-room annex of about 20 sqm. Two double beds, they can be made into two sofas. Small cozy sofa. TV. Smaller kitchen for simple cooking. Mini oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and kitchen utensils. Duvets and pillows with bed linen. Bathroom and smaller hallway for clothes and shoes. There's a romantic hot tub outside. The house is right by bus 35 to the airport. It is only five minutes from the idyllic fishing village with old yellow houses and harbor. Nice beach and swimming area.

The space: Luxurious studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect retreat. The studio offers a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchenette is perfect for coffee, breakfast, and simple meals — not big cooking sessions. There’s also a shower cabin with rain shower in the room, adding to the urban loft feel. Please note: because the space is open-plan, it can feel intimate if you’re not very comfortable together. The toilet is separate, though!
